    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

There are some that will actually take the time to try to help you out as much as possible. Others will simply dismiss you with the "it's a civil matter" excuse. Yep, a few years ago I was scammed out of some high end show rabbits and I contacted the police with all of the emails, convos, and a contract we both signed printed out ready for the police. When the officer got to my house he told me it was a civil matter and there was nothing he could do. I never got my animals back or compensation and the woman still scams people day in and day out. Sucks :(

I really hope this guy gets what he deserves.

yes but what you dont realize is that since this guy (real or not name) openly admitted to hacking and so forth it went from a civil matter into a federal matter and they have to react to it . they just cant say its civil and blow it off . once it has reached federal they have to investigate it and take the appropriate steps .
 
update: Last night, he posted a new ad under his other account name (tyler.)...using stolen photos. So much for some of the theories that got tossed out - he's just a scammer that doesn't give a crap

I did PM Anthony Caponetto regarding McKyle and this thread-with a link here-just in case this little POS is a member of Ciliatus forum. I'm sure he doesn't want him raising his particular brand of Hell there, either.
 
I am here and had a super busy Holiday since my son is at that age where its fun so I got held up..but I am back on it and plan to print ALL these pages and send them ASAP and priority mail them, and go to my local Police Station and give them the info as well. Unfortunately I did not get on the other forums in time in order to print up all his chit chat on hacking and theiving so I will just have to hope there is still enough evidence to have the police want to find this kid or whatever it is. Anyways sorry for the long disappearance but im sure everyone understands I was busy trying to have a fun happy Holiday without the stress, oh and my money was re-imbursed by my CC company so double good news!!

Glad you got your money back so that helped out with alot but I am glad you are still going to pursue going after him and not quiting.

Wow, I could not even barely understand myself. What I meant to say is "glad you got your money back from your credit card company and that you are still going to pursue the matter with the authorities".

Yes its been a hassel I finally sat down to print the millions of pages of evidence and now my printer is running out of ink. Also if anyone has those forum pages saved the way they were could you emil me them it would be super or I have no idea how to do this, but my printer is surely out of ink, I will have to get more this evening. Also I will post the email he PM'd me the last time he got all squirrley about me heading to the authorities!! For Laura since she asked a bunch sorry Laura!

Kyle's supposed new email is [email protected] and my email for anyone that has those forum posts that he changed, before they were changed is [email protected] just title it Kyle Forum Posts so my hubby doesn't just discard them...he won't but that way I can find them easily through his cluttered email. Thanks!

He has changed all of his posts on cheatingnetwork to "lolthisisfunyayyyy" but he can't change the responds he has to the posts and on the post it tells when he last edited it so I will print all those up as well and priority mail them...I have a couple saved from the first time i looked like the ones about the stealth paypal they are already printed so now the authorities can see he changed them!! Man I hope the authorities reem this kid.

Best of luck April.... I hope you and the cops get him.

Because of this thread I have went and changed all my passwords. My old ones rated around 54/100 in strength.... now my new ones rate at 100/100 according to my hosting company (when I set up new passwords for my email it will tell me the strength).

That is SO AWESOME to read. Great that you got your money returned to you from your credit card company and that you're still going to pursue little Kyle and hopefully they'll nab him and throw him in jail. Looks like he's trying to cover his tracks now by changing his posts on the other sites. Wow.

I had the woman admitting in documents too - they didn't even look at it :(
