    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

I beleive he was referring to John Cardone, who was going to help get the herps sold so the money could be sent to Maggie.

I can't remember his screen name, and I may be wrong about how he was going to help.
 
Does anyone know if these people are going to be arrested? It seems like they should be in jail already. And the kids should be with cps for being exposed to illegal drug use. Has this actually been on the news where they live? Maybe if enough people push the issue something will happen to them ( like an arrest ). allot of people are making complaints and I think it is awsome to see how everyone here on Fauna are coming together like this. I hope we can figure out a way to start sending maggie money again. Paypal should see right through that dispute. Will someone here let us know if and when they are going to be arrested? Can't we have the humane society or animal control go and check on the animals to make sure they are being cared for? Since according to some post they don't own all of them?
 
The FBI Internet Crimes division has been receiving info from the affected people for the past several days.

Dand is also putting together the info on these cases so there is a "data base" for the proper authorities to access.

News channels and papers have been contacted, as well as CPS, the IRS and everyone who can possibly be of any assistance.

Threads have been going up all over the internet liking to this story.

Someone has gotten a hold of one of Jeff's cousins, and they're outraged!! Hopefully, the family will lean on them to do the proper things\-

A-release the money owe to Maggie & Rick.

B-Turn themselves in to the police.

However-I really doubt they will do the right things.

Hopefully, arrests are imminent.
 
First poster here. I don't think I've ever stayed online this long. I've been up since 12 reading this mess. I'll get back to this in a few hours... my butt hurts :crap:

I would comment on the situation itself, but since I'm about 30+ pages behind, I know I've missed something. I shall be back! In the meantime, Maggie, stay strong!

Melissa... I know that Dave and myself is working hard to put together a solid case against these two. Its almost 6am here and I have been working on this for the past 7 hours tonight. My goal is to make it easy for the authorities to take action. I should be sending Dave everything I have in a useable mannor later this evening. I will be running it by him to see if I missed anything.... then I will be turning it over to a cop friend of mine. From that point I will take his advise and pass it along.

Kind of like rolling up a newspaper to swat a fly but I am kind of the over kill type of person and I intend to squish this bug with a phone book (hence all the info and documentation being collected). Things take time and as the saying goes, "good things come to those who wait" unless you are the Wises. They have got to hear the dogs barking and feel them nipping at their heals by now. Well rest assured, this pup is going to take a big ole bite out of crime. :thumbsup:

Thanks guys I was just wondering. I don't want them to go into hiding or something. You guys are all great for stepping up like this. I hope that justice will be served.

My guess would be, since it was originally posted on a different forum, they didn't want anyone unaware of the situation sending them more money.
 
Wow.... This was linked over on CS.com... This is just horrible... I hope that they money ends up with the people who deserve it and the people who commited the crime receive their due justice.. This disgusts me...

I just started reading this thread today so sorry if I'm behind, but beside the check number being different it lloks like the routing number to the right is altered I think it should be 6-32/720 on compared to routing number on lower left.
Also very sorry to Maggie this whole thing stinks. My thoughts are with you and your children.

Well let me catch you up real quick. She admitted that the check was fake. She admitted to stealing the funds. Now, her defense is that she didn't do anything wrong by taking all the donations. She doesn't understand :eek::eek: why we are being so mean to her(where is the "gag me" icon).
 
There seem to be a lot of eyes and ears out. If anyone hears that they actually stepped foot in Texas like they were supposedly planning to do, I sho would like to know about it.
 
I absolutely love the warmth, the tightness and love in this community. It's absolutely amazing! It's great and renews my faith in the "human" race. People are capable of such immense generosity. But this one hurts. It seemed to come from within.

This isn't the same as one of the "normal" "Bad Guy Threads" that we are used to seeing. This just seems to be pure disgusting evil. It kills me that they (the Wise's) seem to think they are justified in what they have done. They give little explanation and show absolutely no remorse. They try to place blame in others for their despicable actions.

I'm sad and I'm angry at those people that I have never met. I may even go as far as saying I "HATE" them for what they have done.

I dunno! I don't know what more I could say. I can only hope they get they receive the punishment that is due them. Not just the stuff from law enforcement, but the kind that seems to bite them for the rest of their lives. The kind that only Karma can deliver.

I truly believe they will receive that in this life or the next. I am sure there is a special place in hell for people like this!

Maggie, I am so sorry that you have to endure so much, when you shouldn't have to. You have endured enough. I don't know you or your family, but I feel for you and what you have and are going through. It's absolutely terrible!

I hope you get this Paypal thing squared away soon. I would like to help a little.

Good luck to the members who are bringing these "people" to justice. I hope they get what they deserve, even though I know it will not be enough. Thank you for being who you are and doing what you do!

They don't have a car that will get them to Texas. Besides, they are banking on collecting their state financial support. They can't take off even if they wanted.

Off topic but for those of you viewing at five,ten posts per page, you can go to your User CP and select options on the left side. You can change it to 40 posts per page and there is only 45 pages.
