I think it's really sad that these sociopaths (the Wise's) are getting exactly the results that they had hoped for when they used the chat here and a couple of the members here to crap out more of their lies. Come on you guys! Don't give them the satisfaction! Let it go and get back to what's really important: making sure these criminals pay for their crime!

2) It was simply in bad taste for anyone to say again and again that they would review the information and decide what was forthcoming. It was in a way, taunting those who wanted to know. It may have given the taunter a temporary feeling of importance to say 'nyah, nyah, I know something and you don't' but I think many people will not forget that behavior.
If you are going to keep it to yourself by all means do so, no need to show a little of what you got like the garter of a cheap floozy.

Yep... and there is a good chance that will come back to haunt them sometime in the future... because as you say... many people will not forget that behavior.

I don't see why anyone would want to protect Christina and Jeff. Sorry, but that's exactly what it seems like certain people are doing, but "not disclosing" anything for whatever reason. Unless there's something said or shown that might make you believe she had a good reason for stealing all that money, why help her? Is it just to be in the limelight? To have people wagging their tails at your feet, waiting for you to throw out a little piece of information?

I've avoided that BOI thread pretty much, and Fauna in general. I already hated taking charity, though we needed it and it helped greatly. Then all this crap happened, and it's turned into a three-ring circus.

I've got some dear friends thanks to this site. Luckily I can still keep in touch with them without all the drama.

On a final note, thank you to EVERYONE that donated, to us AND to Maggie. Even if it all didn't get where it was supposed to go, the thought alone means a lot. Thanks, from the bottom of mine and Sandra's heart.

I have to say that I feel the same exact way. It makes you feel horrible to need "charity" and what Christina made me do was basically have to beg for it - that is what pisses me off the most. I have been on reading, but have not really posted because it makes me sick, honestly sick, to my stomach that all of you arguing when the only people who are wrong are Christina and Jeff, that is it - all the money was sent to them, no one else, and THEY spent it all, again, no one else..

I shouldn't have to say this, but you ALL know how Charles was and what he believed in - if you really care about him, do what he would have wanted. Burn those to the ground and stop fighting with each other. Hasn't his memory and his beliefs that he fought so hard for been trampled on enough by THEM???? THEY scammed everyone here using my husband's name and mine and my children's pain and devastation.

I really feel bad that all of this is happening and I really wish I hadn't come on and posted anything about Charles now - I have watched your "family" get torn apart and I am truly sorry for that. I hope you all can get justice in this situation and get your money back or at least see them get locked up. There have been some posts about if people get their money back, they would send it to us. I personally, and I am not answering for Rick and Sandra, don't want the money. If any of you are able to get your money back from these losers, please keep it.

Maggie I can understand your sentiments... but the money was originally supposed to go to you and Rick. IF the Wise's wouldnt have stolen that money then you would already have it to do with as you saw fit (like send the kids to camp). That is what the members inteneded on when they donated... for you to use the $$$ to help out.

If they are able to get the money back.... please accpet their donation in the manner it was intended for... to help you and the kids.

Well, it seems that people are not going to let this rest. I will say again, I have done absolutely nothing wrong.

When the chat session ended, I left chat and went to the BOI. I saw that there were new post's in the Wise thread that were not there the last time I looked. To my surprise the chat session was already being discussed in the Wise thread. So I went in and explained that I saved it all in screen shots, and that I was waiting on more info to come in emails to back her claims. The info that I have recieved in emails is a joke. So for me to post it all up is totally useless. She did accuse four people of wrong doing. If I post this, all it will do is cause more distractions. There will then be all the tipicle name calling and how can they say that crap, and so on. All that will do is derail the thread and create more garbage. I think this was actually her plan all along. So in another view point, if I post it, I will be playing right in her hands. I'm not going to do that. Now, had some form of proof come through to back her claims I would then feel obligated to post, but that just isn't the case. I might post one screen shot where she talks about an attorney she supposedly has talked to.

For someone to say I am taunting everyone, that is rediculous. The entire event was not planned out or even thought out to any degree before it happened or even while it was taking place. Had this been a staged event, I think there would have been a much better outcome from the whole thing. There were mistakes made from the beginning all the way until this ordeal ends, and I say ends, because someone will keep this going. This was a spur of the moment event, so there was absolutley no game plan.

Christina wants someone to post anything to distract from the real issues and that is the bottom line. I believe the Wise's are scared and they should be. Any distraction is in their favor. I made my announcement about the screen shots because I thought it would set eveyone's mind at ease knowing that I had it all if it was needed. Instead you all want to rip me a new one. I had, and still have the best intentions in mind, and that means what is best for this situation as a whole. I am to dam old to be playing stupid games with all of you.

I am tired of defending myself here and I will not comment any more. If people can't accept that, then I don't know what to say. I have said all I need to say, and then some.

Regarding the sentiment that the transcripts of the chat be posted for everyone to judge - this isn't a usual BOI scenario, but I don't recall everybody barking this loudly over email corresponence with a thread subject. The difference here is that it impacts the community as a group; and, because the communication was brought up in a manner that suggests controversy, people feel entitled for whatever reason.
Just curious - if it were to come out that I exchanged a series of emails with Christina about this, and hadn't posted them - nor was I inclined to do so - would the uproar be as loud? If I stated as my reason that there was no great revelation, just the same old crap, would I be answered with cries of Who are you to decide?

Again, I said something to the extent of "if it was on AIM or private email, I wouldn't so much care". But since it was, technically ON a part of the site, using site tools, but not available to all members of the site,it pisses me off a great deal more.

While I agree that it is the right of the people that have the information to disclose it or not, I think the comment about them taunting others with it overlooks the fact that they didn't choose to broadcast the fact that it existed. That happened because, in an effort to keep the conversation rolling, some people were excluded. From what I've heard, there was an uproar before it hit the BOI, or the initiation of this thread. I doubt either Deborah or Brian would have been singing I know something I won't tell if this hadn't gotten blown into a huge frenzy. They would have looked everything over, possibly shown it to a few people while asking advice, and posted it if it was appropriate to do so...whether only the pertinent parts, or in its entirety. (has anybody demanding that it be posted given any thought to what that would entail???? I think Brian said there were 60something screen shots. Sure, they could be uploaded to a hosting service and posted, but that's still a fair amount of work for what is probably a load of crap...and what would it add to the thread? They'd have been relaying messages for somebody that wouldn't post here themselves - isn't that usually frowned upon (not saying it is against the rules)??? I know I've discouraged that practice, based on the premise that if they can't be bothered to post for themselves, then it doesn't really matter what they have to say. NOW, it would be serving as a mouthpiece for a banned member, and I know that I disagree with that.

As far as I'm concerned, people talk behind the scenes all the time. There isn't an inherent right to know in those cases, why would there be in this one. Oh, that's right, because this situation has everybody's attention because we care about what happened...because this time we, as a community, got taken. I'll grant you that maybe my outlook is a bit different...after all, I did have access to view the chat. Probably could have participated, had I chosen to...but it wasn't my party, so I left Deborah to do her thing. Frankly, I figured it was a bunch of , so it didn't hold much interest for me. If Deborah and Brian want to sift through it, and try to make something out of it - good for them. If it's all crap, you should all consider yourselves lucky that you didn't have to waste your time reading it...not waste that time, and more, griping that you didn't get to look at it and decide for yourselves.

Since David (DAND) is spearheading the efforts toward legal action, send him the info. Well, considering Christina's accusations that he's been in the park near her house with his laptop, and sitting outside her place in his vehicle - the insinuation made that he has been hacking into her computer - he probably already saw it . If not, he can look it over and forward it to the appropriate authorities...but, personally, I hope he doesn't waste the server space by posting it here.

Hell, there are 13 people in the chat room right now. What are they talking about? Who are they talking about? Is anyone capturing those discussions? Are you incensed because you are not party to them?

Suppose no one had captured the conversation in Deb's private chat room? Just like no one is likely capturing the conversations taking place right now? If several people had said that they were party to the conversation with Christina Wise and had NOT taken screen shots, would you be trying to tear them a new arshole because of that and demanding that they paraphrase that discussion for you?

So let me make this easy on everyone. Now that Christina has been banned from this site, any messages from her via a third person are no longer welcomed to be posted here. She is banned, which means that she is no longer welcome to participate within this site in any fashion. Christina and Jeff Wise no longer live here. They ignored the opportunity to try to make this right when it was offered, so it is my opinion that they have absolutely NO intention of doing so at this late date. If there is legal recourse to be pursued against them, then by all means that is the path to be taken now with all due haste and diligence.

Actually no, I do not capture logs from the chat. In the incident you are referring to over on CornSnakes.com, someone else sent me that transcript that they had captured themselves while in chat at the time. Interestingly enough, one of the members I brought the hammer down on was the one who sent me that transcript.

The chat software does have the capability of capturing logs, which I did have enabled years ago, but it was filling up server space QUICKLY, and really didn't serve any useful purpose, so it was disabled a long time ago.

As for your comment on "buying everything up" I won TWO auctions. How do you consider that buying everything up? Maybe had you won two auctions out of almost 50, you would consider that buying everything up, but I sure dont. Even during the auctions, people were warning me against Dean, that he was just "bidding things up" and wasn't serious... um... first of all, Dean and I were in constant contact THROUGHOUT the auctions. For the auction that went for $1000, that was the minimum that Rick wanted it to go for, and I was prepared to spend at least that for the snake and for Maggie. Dean was also interested in the snake, so it was a legitimate bidding war. Because some people thought he was insincere, he got PM's saying so, I got PM's saying so, and I even got KARMA stating so.... So WHAT if it was being bidded up??? So, because he helped bid the snake up, Maggie was going to get extra money... I fail to see what's wrong with that situation???? Dean would have won said auction if I hadn't been a vulture, waiting to outbid everyone... we all have our priorities mixed up here

LoL Katie, I am still upset I didnt get ONE of those boas, preferably "Son of Sam". Needless to say, the wife was MORE than happy I didnt win but had I won at anytime, the Wise's would have had more of my money and less of yours.

I do want to clear one thing up brought to my attention... Not for one minute did I ever think, or feel, like Dennis was implying that I was somehow involved. What I meant when I brought up his name was that I felt it fueled some peoples fire regarding me, like Christina for example.

I want to also state that I have NO ill will towards Dennis, Deborah, or Brian and would hope that other people follow in my footsteps as well. All that they tried to do is/was try to help people get the money due them. Honestly, if I felt that I could convince Christina to pay the monies owed via a private chat, I would have done so myself.

I may have handled it a little differently, but that is neither here nor there. The Wise's have been banned from Fauna and I applaud Webslave for doing that. I am personally letting this drop and I will no longer let it affect me. All I want out of this is for the Wise's to go down for what they did. I dont want anyone to take my side, feel pity for me, or be mad at the parties (other than the Wise's) involved. There is NO sense in the division of all of us members over something we are all on the same side about.

Please, I beg everyone here, to just let it go and leave it where it lies. No one has put me up to this except myself. This has been hard enough on Rick, Maggie, and their families so for their sake, lets let it go and focus on the problem at hand.

I know it was advised to start this thread here so not to disrupt the BOI thread but I haven't seen anything constructive in this thread, and IMO it was more disruptive than anything. Better here than the BOI thread but what a waste of energy.
