This thread has accomplished absolutely nothing positive in fact it deflected what the subject was about "Jeff & Christina Wise".

Lets get back on track people.

Indeed Steve it didn't accomplish anything for the BOI thread itself, but was here to address a completely different issue that I believe has been covered.

Myself included there were a lot of people confused about the allowance of rights to the Wise's. For me at least that's been cleared up as well as Rich anouncing that Christina, and Jeff have been completely banned.

I think it's accomplished its goal, and more.

Maybe they were simply trying to manipulate the group, who knows, probably they were.

But in the past, on the BOI, people have started 'Bad Guy' posts about good guys, and people have slung around some pretty unbeleivable charges against one another, and the BOI system seemed always to let the parties say what they had to say, and let the readers judge for themselves based on how the judged the character of the accuser and the accused.

Here, the Wises had something to say. No one is talking. They are banned and anything coming from them is banned, that is a pretty severe lockdown of information.

I hate what the Wises did. I think what they did to Maggie was miserable and reprehensible. Would I believe anything they said? Probably not.

That is a totally different issue than whether I should or should not be allowed to hear what they say. They must be saying some bad stuff, for the info to be locked down this hard.

The information has been "locked down" because the people that have the information are saying that it doesn't hold water, and would just cause more "uproar". Really that's not what's needed so I understand why the information isn't being put out publicly.

As for the Wise's being banned Rich ( Webslave ) posted why. They've had plenty of time to make right, and have chosen to rather put themselves into a spot where they can't do such. With the time, and opportunity they've been given to make right on this situation it would be foolish to believe they ever will.

Now the only hope of justice for the situation is through legal action.

I'm not arguing that it would cause uproar, but there is uproar in the BOI every day, and the whole point of the BOI is that people can make of information what they will, and those who read the information do not need to have it tailored for them.

Well, considering Christina's accusations that he's been in the park near her house with his laptop, and sitting outside her place in his vehicle - the insinuation made that he has been hacking into her computer - he probably already saw it . If not, he can look it over and forward it to the appropriate authorities...but, personally, I hope he doesn't waste the server space by posting it here.

I was wondering why I hadn't been contacted by anyone about this (other than Maggie the day it happened) or forwarded the chat. I had guessed my name must have been mentioned in the chat. Well as of yet I have not received anything and to tell you all the truth I am about to throw my hands up. Screw it, I have been busting my ass over this and over 2/3 of those involved couldn't even bother to file an IC3 complaint. Why the hell should I give a crap if these two pay if nobody else does?

Congratulations to the Wises, you have split this community even further. As for any who were involved in the chat, you were played for fools. Christina manipulated you and the situation, AGAIN.

And no Harald, I wouldn't post it here (or on the BOI thread) even if I did receive it short of some truth being said but I highly doubt she would start telling the truth now. I have tried to keep the BOI thread on track and stop the pointing of fingers that has been going on behind the scenes from the beginning. Posting the verbal masturbation session (aka the chat) would only further derail things even more than they already are.

When I first read there was a private chat I was as outraged as everyone else and wanted to read it. After reading this thread and having some time to think I've changed my mind.....

This was handled BADLY
A "Private" chat room should not have been provided or enforced
If she wanted to tell her stories in chat she should have been exposed to the free for all atmosphere in chat~ if she wanted a private forum she had that option via email or PM. If she wanted to speak un-interupted she should have posted on the BOI

Everyone involved should shake their head~ think about their role in this and how you could have and I personally think should have done it differently~ send the captured logs to the parties accused (they should have the right to review the accusations being made against them as she is likely to be spreading the same lies everywhere she can think of)

And the rest of us
We should shut up and get on with our lives. It's none of our business, and if it were posted it would be third party bull 1/2 of us would assume had been tampered with///////

The donations need to be recovered and sent to you and rick as specified by each donor. If at that time you and rick choose not to keep that money but to go ahead and pay if forward to the next guy who needs a hand at the time thats your business. But the money is YOURS and if it can be recovered I absolutely expect at least my contribution to be distributed as I requested.....and then you decide from there.

That's what we didn't want to do. Derail the topic from the BOI avenue set up to handle the situation. It is amazing how people can get in an UPROAR over some drama (that wasn't even supposed to be here) yet, can't get off their duffs to take action.

In the beginning (once again...) the chat was OPEN...if people had listening skills instead of just muddying the waters everyone could have the same information. Since they couldn't...I don't feel the need to let these small minded, disrespectful, meddlesome people know anything...these are the people that feel that they can bust into other's private conversations and POST about them. Regardless of what anyone's personal opinion is, some of you seem to be forgetting one thing..no matter how much anyone hates anyone else..those people who hate can not control who individuals speak to or listen to. I do not subscribe to a mass hate mindset.

Do I want to listen to Christina again..no. But we did this once, because she was there, asked and because we happen to be nice people (I like to think so) ...so tar and feather me and Brian if we chose to FORGET what she said instead of repeating it.

The WISES have NOT split the community...the people that love drama and decided to put this crap up here, instead of focusing on the legal route already outlined, split the community. Assign blame to whom it is due.

Lucille - why are you trying to aggravate the situation with inflammatory supposition? You don't think there was enough fuss, without fueling the fire? I've mentioned a few of the things I saw....and hinted at some others. Look at was was said - it wasn't "some bad stuff", it was a crock of sPit. Why should anybody stick their neck out to be associated with it? And, as you stated, even if some important morsel of information was divulged - why would anyone believe it was a gem of unaltered truth when it's surrounded by crap?

I'm sorry to say but that last post really sounds like you're in it for recognition. You're not fighting anything alone, and the fact that you weren't invited to a chat that almost none of us were invited to doesn't mean anything.

From what I understand there was no useful information from that chat and we shouldn't dwell on it.

Dave, you've been working hard on this as well as a bunch of others. The only ones that can split this community is us.

Also I started this thread to be informed. Not to add fuel to any fires. The fire is big enough. Plenty of information has been provided by Deb, Dave, Rich, and others. The Wises have been banned. Let's just continue trying to do what we can to further legal action against the Wise's.

This is not altogether true...First of all, people who post in the BOI, make the decision to post, then they choose which information best supports their story; in other words, the poster has the right to decide if what they have is worth mentioning.

I don't know if you'll read this, but I hope you do. Please don't feel like all this bickering has anything to do with Charles or your participation here. I'm horribly sorry that what was once a comforting outlet for you has turned so hurtful at a time when the last thing you need is more stress and hurt. But please don't take that burden of responsibility for it onto your own shoulders.

This is a group of passionate, opinionated, stubborn people. They (we, I guess, although I play such a small role here) will fight and bicker amongst each other at the drop of a hat. If it weren't this situation, it would be something else...if not today, then tomorrow or the next day for sure.

The outrage of these particular circumstances and the depth of the hurt that the Fools caused makes this sort of bickering feel much worse than the normal daily catfights we see....but it's all just part of belonging to this huge, crazy, stubborn FAMILY.

I can totally understand if you feel a need to step away and not expose yourself to it. But please...please...don't regret your place here, or the memory of your husband. He never hesitated to step in and express his opinion when things blew up...and he was just as stubborn about holding his position on any issue. It's just the way this family works.

Dustin, you haven't been around long, if you knew the history between Dave and Chuck, you wouldn't have made a statement like that.

What have the readers been informed of? A chat log that will not be revealed? Information that could be considered libelous to those who were talked about in the 'unposted" chat logs. I for one would like to read those chat transcripts. Be it here or in private. It must be one hell of a story if noone wants to post it.

For some odd reason, chrstina contacted me on Fb. We chatted online and by phone. Before all of the information was gathered by Dave and Kevin, I believed her. Now fast forward a couple of weeks and the truth has come out.

Maggie and I have developed a beautiful friendship out of this nightmare and for that I am greatful.

I'm not sure where the concept of being invited to this chat came from - I was under the impression that it was happenstance.
I also find it odd that among those expressing outrage that the chat was in a separate, private room are people that I've never even seen in chat...you people wouldn't have seen if it took place in The Lobby.

My final comment on this matter is that it is easy, in hindsight, to judge the actions and responses of those involved. Those of you who are confident you would have done things differently if put in the same situation are to be commended...for myself, I'm not even 100% sure that - if it hadn't been Christina in Deborah's room - I would have intervened other than to instruct Deborah about the tools at her disposal. You can gripe about how poorly it was handled, but it was an unexpected situation. The people involved did what they felt was right at that particular moment - and that includes everybody (Deborah, Brian, myself, the silent + not so silent watchers). The underlying thought wasn't let's keep this to ourselves, it was what can we do to keep the communication going. It was a chance opportunity that somebody was willing to pursue...it doesn't really matter if it was to satisfy personal curiosity, a search for "the truth", to facilitate a resolution, or just to let the "accused" be heard. I'm somewhat surprised that more people don't grasp that.

Obviously what you understand and what is are apparently two things that have not shared the same space. You do not have all the information I have and you are going to make such a comment.

First off for the comment out of left field, I did not want to nor would I have participated in the chat.

MY COMPLAINT IS I CANNOT DO THIS ALONE!!! I cannot make a joint complaint for approximately 50 people if they themselves don't get off their asses to make the initial complaint.

For the record, I did send you a message via email to let you know about the chat while it was taking place. It wasn't until later in the evening that I got a response to the message... from Maggie. Perhaps the 35 people who have not filed complaints don't feel like they were wronged in the eyes of the law. I don't know what the penalty is for filing a false ic3 claim is, but that might deter someone who isn't sure that fraud was committed against them. Many people paid for items that they one in auction. They also received those items. While it is crappy that the money didn't get to where it should have gone, they got what they paid for, and that might confuse them into thinking they are wrong in filing. Others who sent donations or payments as "gifts" to the Wises are going to have more difficulty I would imagine. Is there a penalty for filing false ic3 claims?

Yup.... .and now we will never know.... at least if folks follow Rich's rules.

For this I feel cheated and slapped in the face. I have spent a whole lot of time trying to dig up every shred of evidence that ya'll could use against them... and from the sounds of it... this could have been more evidence against their character or possibly more evidence to support "intent to defraud"

I compiled 23 pages of evidence against the Wise's and asked a favor of a cop friend of mine to go over it and direct me so I could direct ya'll. He even went so far as to ask a favor from a lawyer he knew so he could help me and I could in turn help ya'll.

Well no more..... If possible evidence against them is gonna be locked down... then I dont have a dog in this fight... and Im not asking anymore favors. Its one thing to have to fight against the Wise's to find evidence... but we should not have to fight with the membership here to get info they have that could be used against the Wises.

If anyone needs the info I have... I will be more than happy to send it to ya.... but I wont go any further from here on out. PM me your email addy... and I get it to you.

From here on out... Im just a lookie-loo at an accident scene and no longer a player. I hope the Wise's get everything they have coming to them and that Maggie and Rick gets what was intended for them.
