Hello, you purchased from Alex Smith - lexxxx300 a Varanus salvator bivittatus. I'm wondering if he ever reimbursed you - would like to know in case I need to take him to court. My biggest mistake was being a friend to him. I mailed him yesterday - certified - this letter with attachment which include your complaint to him. Email me if you want a copy: February 15, 2018
Dear Alex Smith,
The agreement was to pay the $4,000 credit card when you sold something - it was not done.
The agreement was to pay $200 a month for the $5,000 loan from my 401K - it was not done.
The agreement was to pay the balance of the $5,000 from my savings once you sold the Brazilian baby snakes which should have been paid the end of 2012 or very early 2013 - it was not done.
I should have been paid in full by the end of 2012, early 2013. This disease / virus you say killed your snakes and devastated your business did not affect what you owed me. I believe this disease / virus did not happen since you told me the parent Brazilian snakes died. They did not die - you sold them. I agreed to deduct $2,000 off the balance owed.
In your text message to me January 21, 2018, you wrote: "it did not stop me from doing with my own life and purchasing other things when I could have put that money towards her"
I want to be reimbursed for what you owe me – not “I will pay you the money that I feel that IOU… I will pay when I feel is right in my heart.”
It has taken you 7 1/2 years to pay back $5,100 of the $14,000 owed. This includes March and April checks not yet cashed. Starting May 1, 2018, I am charging 5% interest on the unpaid balance of $6,900. Monthly payments are $130.21. The enclosed amortization sheet is a 5 year payment plan. If you decide to file bankruptcy, have your attorney send me the documents showing this is done. I will confirm this since you have been dishonest with me in the past.
Let me know if you want the Excel copy of the amortization sheet.
Sincerely,
Christina Cacic
