• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    Wanted LOOKING FOR

No one was trying to blacklist him over a disagreement, but rather because he repeatedly demonstrated via his actions, comments and videos that he does not posses the requisite maturity or knowledge to be trusted with an animal that poses a significant danger to himself and those around him. I...

    Questions.

If you're a responsible adult, who's going to be careful and understands and accepts the risks involved and you want to start with a copperhead then just do it. I would be happy to explain the basics, if you follow those you should be fine. Keep in mind I'm only saying this if you want something...

Looking for a mentor in central fl

Just so you know, you can have venomous in FL. But, it does require a permit. If you haven't had any luck finding a mentor you could do a class with The Rattlesnake Conservancy.

    Wanted LF

Unfortunately, I can't tell you exactly how long to wait before you start looking for something else. But, I can say that between a Cottonmouth, an EDB and a Gaboon, that a Cottonmouth is the best choice by far, It's native and not too toxic. But, although rare, there are recorded deaths from...

    Wanted LF

That's good man, these are all things that have you going in the right direction. When it comes to the door, the standard recommendation is to install a door sweep so nothing can escape under the door. As far as you getting another snake, I know the consensus on here is for you to just stick...

    Wanted LF

That's good. I know I mention wearing disposable gloves before to try and delay/combat the development of any hypersensitivity. I would also suggest you wear them to cover any cuts on your hands, whether they be from your retic or anything else you get up to. The snakes you have can not "spit"...

    Wanted LF

Hey man, I've watched your videos and read your posts and would like to offer a few pieces of advice, because I don't want you to take a bite. It's not good for you or the hobby, not to mention the people that care about you(and if you don't have that, I'm sorry to hear it). I know it's already...

    Wanted Micrurus fulvius

Just wanted to see if anybody had an eastern coral they would be willing to sell. Unfortunately, it has to be M. fulvius as it is the only species legal in my state. I would need a couple weeks to finish up a few things, but I would be fine with putting down a deposit in the meantime.
