In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    Pricing for RAPTORs

I've seen a lot of conflicting prices on different adds and websites. How much on average (I know it can differ from individual to individual) would an adult male and an adult female go for? Assume it's a normal RAPTOR, no hets or anything. Now, same question if it has Carrot features.

    Enigma Leopards

What can you guys tell me about Enigmas? I read that they can have neurological problems. Is it similar to the reason that Spider Ball Pythons have issues too? What type of problems could I expect to see in an Enigma? Are people less likely to buy Enigmas because of these problems?

    Leo feeding question

Hey guys, so my two leopard geckos are great feeders! They are little chow hounds. I was wondering how many of you feed dead crickets to your geckos? I'm going to college in August and we're allowed to have ten gallon tanks so I wanted to take them with me, but only if I can switch them over to...

    Locality crosses

Ok so I have years of experience owning and caring for boas of all species, but when it comes to breeding I've only bred Dumerils. I'm thinking about doing red tails soon since I have so many, but I have a few questions and concepts that I don't really understand. First of all, is crossing...

    Albino Stomach and Head

Can you guys post pictures of your normal Albino's stomach and head? I'm trying to get a reference to compare my guy's to. Someone mentioned that he could be a pastel Albino and said that you can tell based on the pattern on the head and stomach: Unclear pattern on head, and perfectly clear...

Is he an albino or a pastel albino?

He was given to me as a low contrast albino, but he has a very clear stomach and not a very distinct head pattern, so that got me thinking that he may possibly be a pastel albino.

    Is High-White Genetic?

Is the high white trait in california kings genetic? I know that it is not for ball pythons. I heard that it wasn't for kings either, and that I'd get the same outcome if I bred a high white to another high white as I would if I bred a high white to a normal. Is that true?

    Breeding pair housed together

I know most recommend not housing a breeding pair together, and only introducing them during mating season. What do you guys do, personally? Also, have any of you had success with a pair that is always together?

    Is he dying?

I just got a call a few minutes ago from the guy who is currently keeping my GTP, Cullen. He said that he's not looking too good. He's curled up on the floor (which he NEVER does) and isn't flicking his tongue or too alert. When he picked him up he holds on to him, but isn't active. They put him...

What type of Ratsnake is this? (image heavy)

A friend of mine in OK found this girl waiting outside his front door. He guessed she was a Texas Rat, or at least partially Texas Rat. She I dark black with vibrant firey orange markings, and a few scales have some white to them. Pictures don't really do justice. She is around 6 feet. Her head...

    Types of Substrates

Hey everyone, I just wanted to see what all of you use of substrate and why. What are the benefits? Any down sides? Also what do you think of using newspaper as a substrate?

    Hey everyone!

I'm like a week late for this, but I figured better late than never right? Alright so here it goes: My name is Stacy and I'm a freshman at the University of Connecticut. I got involved with reptiles in high school, where I was a part of a program that raised and bred all types of reptiles and...

    Central American....maybe?

We obtained this girl about three and a half years ago from a friend who was getting deployed. Her name is Diamond and she's the sweetest thing ever, and very beautiful. When the light hits her just right she has rainbows along her body. I've been searching for what type of red tail she is, and...

What will they grow up to be?

Alright so the first and only time I successfully bred a ball python I paired up my normal female with a lemon pastel male. She laid a ten egg clutch and all ten held full term an hatched (yay! her first clutch the previous season were ten duds). Most of the babies looked like the ones pictured...

    Types of GTPs

Alright so in a few years when I graduate college I'm planning on getting a female for my male GTP and starting a breeding project. So, I figured I better start reading up now. I know that there are different type of Green Trees but I don't know all of them, or really how you can tell the...
