    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    I am starting to breed rats for my snakes and I was curious Is there any law or anything in CA, that would prevent me selling out of my house? I know if it goes over a certain dollar amount I would need to get a license and sellers permit and will think about doing that if it kicks off well enough.
