    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If everyone who posted on the BOI had to write off their losses first, then there wouldn't be many threads here now, would there? Sure, I'm a little pissed off, but I'm a long stretch from angry. I already gave him numerous chances to "fix it". If he does indeed send a refund, replacement or whatever I'll post an update here. I'm done holding my breath though, and won't believe it until I see it this time.

I meant not to offend you and I am sorry that I did. Life should be fun at 16 and being so cynical about something like this is just emotional poison that you likely would be happier without. That is not to say that you shouldn't be cautious in your dealings, online and offline, just that cynicism is not a good thing. It can be a fine line I suppose, so please take the comment for what is was meant, just a gentle nudge. And yes, age does play a role in how everyone treats everyone. It's a fact of life. If you don't believe me go try to register to vote and see what happens. Right after that, bring your 12 year old sister in for a drivers license... ;)

I did receive the replacement cage and the hatchling rack this afternoon. The cage is in good condition and I have to admit the hatchling rack is pretty unique. Alan, I appreciate that you sent the replacement and the complimentary rack. Thank you.

Again I apologize for dropping the ball on you and glad everything made it to you. The US postal money order should be there by Friday ( i checked today they told me it wasnt logged when it went out from the post office here ) but should be logged when it arrives at the one on your end . I will be gone when it arrives but when it does if you would shoot me a email I would appreciate it .

I just received the PMO refunding the $85 for the last two cages.

I ordered a 7 tub 32qt rack off Alan back in January, I finally got the rack the middle part of April. Well for starters I really didn't get the rack I ordered, he had to split it in half for shipping. I still haven't got my flex watt for it or my topper that I ordered back in December of 06. I have sent him e-mails and he wont respond. He gave me some voucher thing, but like I am going to use it if I cant even get what I paid for. In my opinion dint bother with him. Unless you have alto of time waiting on your stuff, that isn't even a guarantee that you will get all of it.
 
Cliff you got the topper you ordered ...

The flexwatt was sent out the day after the rack if you have not got that you will have more out today. The rack i told you it would be in two sections so you knew this as i explained this on the phone to you All large racks go freight for pickup and its stated as such on the site. Your flex will be there by weeks end , and next time try calling the number listed on the site as thats going to normally be the fastest way to reach me .

Alan.... That is such a lame excuse, it's really pathetic.... Telling people that calling you is the best way to reach you??.... You're supposed to be a professional, and you HAVE a website, which means people will be sending you emails.... You should FIND THE TIME EVERY DAY to check your emails and answer them THAT DAY.... It's part of your profession.... I don't care how busy you CLAIM to be, emails are part of your job and if you're on the computer with your website, it's MANDATORY you check it EVERY DAY.... NO excuses!!.... Maybe then, you won't have as many problems as you seem to be having.... COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO ANY BUSINESS....

Neil , I use both website and email , i am professional but when answering and responding to on average 70+ email a day and building and shipping and running a business some slip through .Being that He is getting his heat tape dont worry.

Alan I got a topper that had chipped corners, nasty looking screen vents and no handle for the door. That was cool because you told me that you messed up on that one and you was going to go ahead and ship it with the shirt I ordered also, untill you could get another one made then you was going to ship it right out. I went ahead and ordered the rack then waited and waited on it, you told me aobut 4 times that it was going to be shipped out next week. When you finally did have it ready you informed me that it was going to be in two pieces beacuse of shipping cost. I said ok just beacuse I was just happy I was actually going to get something. You emailed me after you shipped it out and told me that you forgot to throw in the flex watt and my other toper, that it was going to be sent out the next day. I have still yet to see it. I will say you did a awesome packing job with my rack and it did come in perfect condition, but my problem with you is you take to long and I still havnt received everything that I ordered. I wish it wasnt going to go down like this because you do have alot of cool stuff I was wanting to order, but if it is going to be this much trouble just to get anything, I will go somewhere else.

Man. Gary needs to fix that email and PM feature on TRR then.

Thought you died or something. Guess you never got the long winded PM about the spray booths then. :angry:
