That Mexican milksnake may have come from a clutch that had spotted individuals in it. These morphs are also called "bullseye" annulata. The subspecific name "annulata" literally means "fully-ringed". This pertains to the white inner rings of the triads(rings of three) that go down the body in groups. Many other white rings in other milksnakes are incomplete and have black blotching in the white ring on the belly.
That is a really nice looking specimen I might also add, and definitely looks to be 100% genuine annulata with no crossed lineage of any kind.
