find some care sheets

First thing you should do is leave the snake alone for a couple of days let him de-stress and get used to his new cage, then find some good care sheets on the internet so you can figure out the best cage set up and the best substrate and for the first couple feeding you can give him live pinkys and after that you can dangle frozen thawed pinks in front of him.
as far as substrate everyone has their own opinion. I start my babys out on paper towels until they shed for the first time and then move them to shredded aspen and that works for me.

Yea been doin that . It's been four days got livepikny yesterday left it in a deli cup wit pinky in it all night and itdidnt eat it. I had it on paper towels but got Aspen now. Hopefullyhe will eat. I've ever had the sand boa I didn't kno they were a pain in the ass to feed. My milks and balls eat great.
