Live Arrival Guaranteed only if shipments are in transit for no more than 3 days (72 hours) and if destination temperatures are above 35 and below 90 degrees. Losses need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify. I pack securely and have never had a DOA roach order, so buy with confidence.
