    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I purchased 2.4 mojaves from Kyle taylor Mcdaniel on 12-9-09. He said he would Email me the tracking number and call when he ships on Monday 12-14-09. I never got a phone call or email. I then called him he said he's never herd of me and to stop calling him through a text message...essh this sux just before xmas...Luckley I have payed through paypal with my visa they said they were going to re-imburst me. So Be Ware MCKYLE needs to fix this or he is a fraud....Be WaRe people buying Ball pythons, Gecko's, Cornsnakes, Tegus, Boa's...:angry:
 
This is a bit shocking for me. I just put a deposit down for 0.5 pastel ball pythons with Kyle. I'd be very upset if this transaction is a scam, I've been waiting to get them for a couple weeks now and they're my Christmas present. :(

I'm actually contemplating if I should pay the rest of the cost or not...

Let me know how things work out...if they ever do.

I wouldn't pay untill you get your pastels...He still has not even contacted me. And the phone number he gave me is his phone number I looked it up. You can find anything on the web...I even know where he lives but I wont say, my credit card company is disputing the charges to paypal.
I will let everyone know if he makes good with this but for now I'm expecting nothing...

The thing is that I don't get the balls until I pay the rest. So I either ask for my money back and miss out on a really great deal or I go through with the whole transaction and if it doesn't work out I'll have to file a police report or something...because if he rips another person off he's likely a scam artist and it's very easy to scam when it comes to reptiles. It happens quite often. :(

Ed, my whole conversation and transaction went smooth as well. He seems very professional and his grammar is nice as well...lets hope we don't get ripped off as well.

If he's scamming people get your money back and miss out on the "great deal". Even if your transaction "works out" do you want to be the one supporting a scam artist?
 
To the OP: Do you have any copies of emails, PMs, paypal transaction, etc. to provide as proof? It's not that I don't believe you. But since some people have had positive experiences and someone else is in the middle of a transaction, posting proof would definitely help in the decision making process. Also I don't like to label anyone as a scam artist until I see some hard evidence.

Well, you're covered IF the person leaves the money accessible. If the money is pulled from the account, PayPal won't do squat for you; at least with a credit card, you can do a chargeback.

A question for the people that have made, OR RECEIVED, payments from Kyle - what is the name on the PayPal account? According to the information he provided when he registered, he's only 15. Maybe his parents should be made aware of his activities...especially if he is conducting fraud using their account.

If he is only 15 it is probably more likely that he's a bad business than a scam artist. Either way a good talking to his parents would probably resolve the situation either way.
