I haven’t done any business with this company, but I can say this. They participate on unethical sites (at least one) that participate in criminal behavior and operate against the law. Sites that attempt to put informational sites like this one and other competing sites and business out of business by illegal activities.
Now you need to ask yourself, do you want support people that support criminals?
They are being boycotted against for actively participating on such sites.

I believe any business who participates on faunaclassifieds can officially complain to the FBI regarding Mario's actions.

His ISP does not do anything against copyright violations.
In other words his ISP won't drop him....they need the money.
But if enough people complain....maybe he will get it trhough his thick head to stop his bullsh!t. And Maybe his ISP can get it through their thick heads that mario is a guy with nothing better to do than libel everyone.

And if his ISP does not get the hint.....well then maybe his ISP needs to be taken down for perpetuating copyright violations.
After all. They have been informed that their customer is performing libel and copyright violations. They have been officially informed. And they did nothing about it. So now they are as liable as Mario is.

Sundial (Dana and Loren) are top notch breeders. I've purchased from them and spoken at length with them about breeding, business in this industry and just normal BS. They are one of the good guys that are going to be around for a long time.

To attack them for a few posts they've made on a site is just insane.

So how exactly do you run a respectable website if you are boycotting almost every respectable business with an active internet presence? Because it's safe to say 90% of them support this site actively or at least in spirit. The answer is, you don't.

Dana, I do not know you other than what I have read in this post. You are NOT being singled out. You are just one of many businesses and individuals that Mario has identified as being a threat to him. He talks about fairness and equity. What he really means is that anyone that competes with him is a threat to his perported livelyhood and advertising on his site.

I have not been keeping up with the mario saga, I just figured it was mario and Ritchie going at it and that nothing will come of it because mario is a fool. (notice the respect I give to one person vs. another in regards to capitolization of names)
But this is not foolish but utterly crazy! I have not dealt with the Pennebakers as in buying from them but have heard nothing but good about them and they have posted on KS always willing to help answer questions, I know as I have asked questions as well.

Mario, herpetoculture is about so much more than breeding for profit. The definition of herpetoculture is: the keeping and/or breeding of reptiles and amphibians.
