I have bought from Rick (his partner) and from John Martino.  They are two really nice guys.  The ball pythons and red tail boas I got from them were 100 percent healthy and eating and mite free.  The ball pythons were really awesome.  You will not be disappointed, buy from them in confidence.

John Martino. . .

I'm thinking about a ghost ball from John. I am not a breeder so this would be a HUGE "pet" investment for me, at least for a while. Anyone else do business with them lately? Thanks for any info.

Thumbs up

I purchased a female ball a year ago from them. It arrived in good shape. Was as advertised. Has been doing well ever since.
I would purchase from them again.

Since you asked

I bought a 99 female from him in Mar 01 that showed up dead as a doornail. Shipped USPS (He assured me that this was a fine practice as I was unaware at the time)two day from NJ to California. The animal got out of the deli cup (stapled, not taped) in the box and was cold as ice when I got her. No heat packs either.

I guess it could have been worse, he did refund the price of the animal, but I was still irritated about paying $30 bucks for shipping and getting a $12 USPS shipment of a dead snake.

Good luck....

I recieved my green ghost ball from John today. He's simply awesome. Packaging was good for a snake sent to Minneapolis in December, with styro and heat pad. John has not hesitated to answer my incessant questions and was very prompt with all communication. I'd do business with John again and am very happy with my purchase!
