North Carolina Mammal and Reptile Owners Please read

I know that this has been posted in the legislative forum, but I wanted mammal owners to realize that this may affect them also and to provide more info.
Garwood is at it again. This bill has been sent to the judiciary committee:

Unfortunately, from what I hear through the rumor mill, it has a good chance of passing.

That sucks!

I don't deal with snakes but wouldn't this part:
2. Family Boidae – all species whose adult length has the potential to exceed eight feet in length

Just about be a ton of snakes that are kept for pets?
