I have had the profound honor...

I have had the profound honor of having my first snake, Sharon, for one year today.
I never had a clue that I would love this little creature so much.

March 30th, 2005 he weighed 12 grams and was 12 inches long.
Today he weighs 274 grams and he's 37 inches long.

One year ago...

Today...

Well Congratulations!

And, I just have to say your dedication really shows. Not many owners are willing to hold their arms outside, up in the air, in the same position just so that their snake has a place to hang out in the sun and catch some rays for an entire year!

Depending on the morph hatchling corns are usually more muted in color than the adults. The yellows and oranges don't start to come for up to six months, depending on how fast they grow. By the yearling stage they should be showing most of their adult color.
