Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I paid for the snake listed in this post

via paypal on Oct 7th. At first I was told the snake would ship right away, then after he got my money I was told the snake would ship within a couple days, then I was told it would ship on the 16th at the latest.

I never heard from him again after the 16th. I've since requested a refund from paypal and am currently waiting for that.

Jayson, now that we know who the person is that you dealt with, please post the emails you have in regards to this transaction. Most important, the ones that detail when she was suppose to ship.
Also, if you could show confirmation of payment sent.

Since she is fined and suspended under the other account this one (and any others that she uses) should be banned. Did you inform Rich?
 
I still would hope you could post all the details of your transaction. There are some in her area that has dealt with her that may help, with a little more of the details on the table.

Also, another person who has not received their animal has contacted me. I would encourage that person to post their experience as well. The more information available may help you and others.

Hmmm....according to her myspace info, she is younger than what she claims to be here, graduated in 2003, and owns a corn snake.

Well then. Interesting.
 
Also, couple of other sites she has register on have different ages as well. But, they all have the same email address associated with them.
 
You know, on her blog, she talks about "talking her Mom into driving her to a dog show".

Between that, the varying ages, and her immature response to some of the things that have gone on here, I almost wonder if she's a minor. :shrug01:
 
Just bumping this up since she seems to have ripped of yet another person.
Maybe both the threads could be merged.
 
Just give her an ultimatum sending a message to all her e-mail addresses as well as leaving one in his answering machine. Either she sends your money back (believe me you don't want "that" snake but the money) or if not you will send an e-mail explaining the situation and a link to this thread to the following:

1. The Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals explaining your situation (their email [email protected]).

2. The Portland Pride at [email protected]

3. The Northwest Pet and Companion Fair at [email protected] (503-287-7541).

These are all local organizations that she is affiliated with (through local dog shows). Give her the chance to rectify the situation first, but if nothing happens, turn on the heat!

As soon as these organisations learn about her activities, and how badly they reflect on other breeders they will more than likely kick her out from the dog circuit.

In reviewing her ads she said she was having a baby soon. Maybe I'm being a little naive, but what if that's true and she is still in the hospital?
