    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone. The last time I came on this site I was trying to clarify two different situations that started to get out of hand. Alex Hues, for lack of a better word, is not a MAN!!!!! I tried to apoligize and clarify for a thread that he started and went on for 13 pages. I sat back and read an hours worth of trash talking about Herp Fauna that he started. I did not want to say it before but he was wrong. He misrepresented the animal, the 16 year old kid had every right to complain. I am sorry Alex you looked like the fool at the end of that thread. You could not even admit that you were wrong. Now that I am aware of the BOI, I keep seeing threads that state "Alex Hues-Great guy/the best" Who is writing these? Probably Alex or Alex's friends. Quit blowing sunshine up his ass. Then you keep bashing Neil Gubitz. This whole site is manipulated by a tite little click or circle of buddies. Its a bunch of Bull<font color=red>[bleep]</font>! Boy O Boy, If your not in that little circle you do not stand a chance. If you are, you can do no wrong. The reason I started this thread was because it just upsets me that Alex came out smelling like a rose, (According to the BOI and its circle). He bashed a 16 year old and a business without knowing all the facts. And then when I came on to the BOI and explained and admitted fault and corrected the problem, I never heard anything from Alex. Alex lets practice. He we go: Can you say- I'M Sorry, I should have never started that thread and harm someone's business without knowing all the facts!" Own up to your mistake, that is all that I ask. Alex is just trying to make a buck, just like everyone else. Neil, If you are reading this you need to join and become of Alex's group. I am sure that you will be treated much better. Alex, if you pee standing up, I would appreciate your apology on the BOI. Abi

The kid lied. It seems you are lying now. You got caught, the kid got caught and Alex came out looking good because he did no wrong, unlike you.

As far as cliques go, and I sort of figure you are talking to me in those statements you made about being part of one of the if not the only one, once again, you are wrong, wrong, wrong.

There are several groups here most of who are really good at outing lyers and scammers like your young friend found out. I am certainly very outspoken and yet am part of no clique. They won't even tell me when they meet to hold secret elections.

Tell your young friend to grow up. You should get some ethics. Then come on back and try to post when you're not feeling so emotional.

Hello Alex. I am very sorry for the taunting and trouble this has caused you. And no, I had no idea any of this was going on until yesterday when Rob from RK Reptiles told me about this site. Yes, Jason is old enough to know better. And I am going to have my husband speak with his father about the seriousness of all of this. But at 16... you know the rest. You cannot tell a 16 year old anything because they know everything.. if you know what I mean. I am only responding to this site to clarify anything that may have been mis-interpreted from my first posting. If I make a comment about the misrepresentation of the animal this thread will go on forever and there will be no closure. I am sure there are people out there who are reading this just waiting for me voice a strong opinion so they can jump in. Please understand, I am merely stating that both issues on this thread have been addressed and taken care of. That is what I believe the ultimate goal should be and is probably the purpose of this forum. Maybe I am wrong. Hopefully most will agree. I wish everyone here well and God Bless. Your word doesn't mean much, does it Abi? You posted what you needed to to make the thread go away and now that some time has passed you decided you should attack Alex.

And since you are writing Herp Fauna as if it is a third party, let us all clarify this: You are Herp Fauna. It is your business.

I hope you are content with the outcome of this thread.
 
I see ol' Abbie still lacks the ability to follow simple rules, hence the warning points just keep racking up.
 
I'll give the person who satrted this thread until around 8pm tonight to post her full name. If not, I plan on removing it from the BOI, as she's 0 for 4 on following the full name rule... despite multiple warnings.

I know, you want an apology...well here it is , I'm sorry that you are nothing more than the company you keep ( Jason Medina ), I'm sorry that you as an adult can truly show us all here what a whiny little child you are, I'm sorry that Herpfauna Plus doesnt know the difference between a pastel ball python and a normal ball python, I'm sorry that Herpfauna plus cant tell the difference between a "blonde" leopard tortoise and a nice normal, I'm sorry that Heprfauna plus has NEVER had one good guy post on the BOI, I'm sorry that Herpfauna Plus got their feelings hurt when they got called out for misrepresenting and mislabeling a animal (on 2 occasions ). I'm sorry that Herpfauna Plus breaks the Terms of Service for other websites and advertises animals as their own but when they get caught...it becomes a brokered animal, I'm sorry that Herpfauna Plus is friends with Gubitz .

Did I miss anything else I should be sorry for ???

Please let me know and I'll see if I can work up an apology.

You basically admitted misrepresentation on your part.
You were all apologetic.
The thread went away like you wanted it to.

Hey Stephen, thanks for posting my response on the BOI. As you can clearly see I apologized and explained the two different situations. Once again Alex Hues cannot own up to anything except blaming other people for his mistakes. I bet you have done that your whole life Alex. I guess you pee sitting down. I thought so before, but I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. What the moderator meant was that you put your complete name either as your signature or instead of Abigail G. as you have it now. That way you will not have to type it every time you reply.
 
Special Rules for Alex

Alex has a lot of friends in the BOI. I guess as we go on we find out how many are in the "special circle". I was not aware you could bring an old thread that died back to life. I see that with Alex's special political ties on the BOI he did just that. He brought back the "Beware of Herp Faun Plus" ad. So I guess this thread will be kicked off now. WE CAN'T HAVE ANY BAD PUBLICITY FOR ALEX NOW CAN WE!" Thanks again, Abigail Gutierrez(again not sure if this is where the moderator accepts a full name)
 
Click the "user CP" tab, then click the "edit profile" tab, then type your name in the "signature box" and you are done. Your name will appear in every post without having to remember to type it.

I have a question. What, exactly has happened to completely change your attitude from what it was in your last post on the old thread to your first post on the new thread? You admitted you had screwed up, took your lumps and left with a little dignity and some small measure of respect from the members here by admitting your error and acting like an adult.

This little ninth inning rabbit punch simply makes you sound whiny and petulant. You have no specific issues and seem to be complaining simply for the sake of complaining. You are doing yourself and your reputation no good with this childish behavior and most certainly not harming Alex in the slightest. Let it go.

An incidentally, anyone can bring up an old thread (including you). All you have to do is use the search feature.

I am sure I will be accused of being Alex's cousin or brother after posting this but the truth is that I have never met or dealt with the gentleman.

You seem to not be listening to what others are saying to you and your not comprehending the way this Board works. Any thread that is on the BOI can be brought back to the top by putting a new response to it. You can do a search and find a topic that you are looking for (whether it is on page 3 or 333) and make a new post on it and that thread will now be brought back to the top of the board on page 1. Alex does not have any special privileges here as you can do the exact same thing on a thread. You will notice that once this thread starts moving down the list it will move right back to the top when someone posts on it.

And what the Moderator is saying is you MUST post your full name on every post you make. That is one rule of this board to prevent people from posting anonymously. If you would like to edit your signature or name section in your user CP you can add it so it will automatically post on every post you make as my signature.

I would suggest that you refain from your childish comments as you are doing. It is doing nothing but making you look worse with each post. You are not adding any credibilty to anything you are posting. What exactly did Alex do wrong? He sold a Normal Leopard Tortoise and the person that purchased it posted it under your business name (which by the way is against Kingsnakes terms of service) as something it is not. The animal was not a genetic Blonde Leopard and that is what it was being advertised as. If there is something else other than this you are referring to, please by all means speak up and let us know.
