Does anyone know her contact info. This sure sounds a lot more like Jason/James/Jayshady to me than the person that was posting as Abigail in the previous thread.

abi, I must admit some curiousity as to the venomosity you exhibit in regards to Alex. Are you going to explain why you have done the 180 degree turn you have?

If you're not going to explain why you feel the way you do then why are you here?

Alex gets no special priveledges, no one really does. Except for perhaps one bozo that's been banned twice and yet is here today but that is another thread entirely.

What's your new beef with Alex? All the cliques and even me myself, would really like to know. I don't think the moon is full so I've ruled that one out. Facts woman, post some facts.

Okay then clearly I am giving you way too much credit because I thought you handled yourself well on the previous thread.

In the last thread you were very well spoken and political. In this thread you have not stopped throwing insults around.

In the last thread you stated "Please understand, I am merely stating that both issues on this thread have been addressed and taken care of" and in this thread you have done a reversal.

In the last thread you said "Hello Alex. I am very sorry for the taunting and trouble this has caused you." In this thread you are taunting Alex yourself.

In the last thread you said "I wish everyone here well and God Bless." In this thread you are attacking everyone.

OK maybe I'm a bit lost here but let me sum this those thing up:

Alex sold a normal tort to Jason, that was an 1 1/4 smaller than he said. Which he admited he aslo stated that Jason could send it back for a refund. Jason said NO. Alex gave gave $35 back on the tort. Ok am I correct to this point?

Then you brooker the tort for Jason, add "Blonde and a few hundred bucks to it and steal Alex's pics and try to remove his water marks. I'm still in the ballpark right? Alex calls you out on this saying it was a normal and also caught you stealing his pics. In which you say was wrong. And now Alex is the bad guy for what?

And now you think Alex has "special powers", i have met Alex and I know he can't fly or leap tall buildings in a single bound. I also want to point out that you can have "special powers" if you find an old post on the BOI and add a new reply it jumps to the top of the pile. Nothing special about that!

And now I have a few questions about circles? Did I miss the 'Which circle would you like to be in section here?" OK so is there an outer circle, and inner circle and the special circle. Is there an e-mail that was sent out to join the circles? I am very upset that Steven is in the circle and I am not. Oh well I guess I'll be happy in my own little circle (which consists of just me!)

And on my ending note, Alex is a good guy, heck I'd go as far as to call him a Great guy as would many others here. So i guess we can start an "Alex is good circle"

Why the 180 degree turn?

Hello Wes. The best way I can explain it is: Have you ever had a situation where you wish you had spoken your mind but didn't. Yes, I took the adult, be responsible, do the right thing approach before. But, what did it get me-frustation. I admitted my faults, took care of the situations. But then thought to myself, why didn't you stand up for yourself? Your next question was why am I here? Simple. After being told about the BOI that fateful night. I have been watching. All I see is the same click of people admiring each other and bashing others. I guess they think this will boost their businesses. Now there are a good number of people out there that just like to inquire about an individual person or company to protect their best interests. That's perfect. Your other question, Why animosity with Alex. Well, lets see. He tried to get us kicked off of KS, when I did not even know what was going on. He almost suceeded. Now, I do not know about you, but when someone messes with your livelihood it upsets me. I hope you have a better understanding. Thanks, Abigail Gutierrez

I can tell you are probably the kind of man that can admit when he was wrong. Unlike some COWARDS LIKE ALEX HUES.

Alex, YOU ARE SO WROG. What id you do again?
Let me review what Alex has done.

1. He sells a normal. But the customer was not happy with the size. So he offers a full refud. (shame on you.....obviously the customer is unhappy and does ot want a refund. Obviously this customer wanted you to cheat them. SO NEXT TIME CHEAT THEM)

2. He discovers that the customer is misrepresenting the animals and has stole his pictures. So he reports it here. (Shame on you for reportig a bad guy here. next time try and extort moey out of them first)


Sorry but this guys writing style is that of the KID.

You do realize that you were breaking the TOS at KS by brokering that tortoise right? And that you were lying about it too? In all honesty I can't see where Alex was in the wrong. He measured incorrectly, refunded part of the purchase price and was done. Your little buddy, or was it you as I really don't know, stole Alex's picture and tried to use it without his permission, going so far as to doctor it to do so. Not nice at all.

Your young friend then made matters much worse. How can you feel bad about doing the right thing as you did then? This little bebacle you have created is much worse for you and your business than anything Alex ever did.

Back up, take a few deep breathes and think about what you've been saying. You are coming off like the crazy neighbor. Was that your intention?

You really should appologize to Alex, get over whatever got you upset and join a circle. Pick one, any one will do, and try to think before you post.

If you just feel bad because you were so nice and believable before, well you've certainly given us some stuff to ponder. Personally I think you were accorded some respect and sympathy last time you dealt with Alex but, it's all gone now. You should try to get some of it back.

Well Ken. I am afraid you have missed the whole point of this thread. You will be happy to know that you are in that "special circle" which contributes to Alex's fame on the BOI. "I would goes as far to say that he is a great guy." If that is not sucking up, I do not know what is. Short Story. Alex is the only guy that measured a straightling measurement over the carapace of the tortoise. Thus, giving us a 1.5 inch discrepancy. Yes, he did give a refund to Jason for $35. The tortoise is a Blonde Leopard in my opinion. And lets get something straight to correct other postings on the old thread. A tortoise can be a blonde without the parents being a blonde. The parents just have to carry a genetic trait. How do you think the first Albinos of anything were made. I am sure a lot of people would agree that it is a blonde. In fact there is a guy selling a blonde leopard right now on Kingsnake. Nothing Special just has a high white coloring. Alex Hues was wrong again for stating the animal was not a blonde. 1. The 16 year old kid complained about the size.
2. The 16 year old kid accepted a partial refund even though a full one was offered.

Alex must be busy on the phone calling all his friends and associates telling them to defend him on the BOI. Well, I will be here all night anwsering questions, but I am taking a brief intermission to eat dinner and take a shower later on. I am tired of this crap. I apologise Abigail if you are not a woman, I admit I'm making an assumption from the name. It just makes no sense for a woman to imply that a man is inferior to other men if he pees sitting down, as women do. This implies that women are inferior somehow to men, which we know is not true. I know that this is not germain to the thread, but struck me as odd, especially from someone who is supposedly female.

Richie Luna another boyfriend of Alex

Hello everyone out there reading this. I do not blame you for not participating. I was intimidated before as well. Now they are trying to pass me off as a 16 year old boy that has a different last name just to get rid of me. Does anyone see a trend here? I keep getting all these responses of people protecting Alex yet once again. Everyone that is an avid reader of the BOI, be aware that Richie Luna is a premier "inner circle" member and close friend of Alex's. Has anyone heard from Alex in the last 5 pages?
