• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

    Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
    Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
    Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

    On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

    On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

    Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I am looking to purchase 1-10 specimens of the Japanese Common Toad (Bufo japonicus japonicus and/or Bufo japonicus formosus), adults and toadlets, M/F.

I've seen several mentions of toad enthusiasts looking for these guys, but it's been a while since I've actually seen any up for sale. I would also be interested if anyone gets their hands on some.
 
If you've found out how to get Bufo japonicus into the states, I need to get on a wait list for a toadlet. I've been looking for this species for 12 years, I've been in love with them ever since I first found out about them!

Well if anyone out there has a source you should definitely let the rest of us know, there has to be at least a handful of us that are looking for this species!!
