Terms of Service: MUST HAVE INSURANCE! Live arrival guarantee is provided with FedEx Priority Overnight only. Actual Shipping cost from SYR. I will screen shot the quote. For LAG, the buyer or somebody must be present for the delivery with signature required. In the case of extreme weather/temperatures(Above 90 deg or below 50 deg ) or the buyer cannot be present for the delivery, the buyer must notify me to have the package held at the closet FedEx facility for pickup. U.S. sales only.
Refund Policy: Issues with shipment must be reported to me via email before 5 PM the day of delivery. Photo's of DOA's must be provided or the deceased animal(s) must be shipped back to me at buyers expense within 48 hours of receiving the package, Refunds are money back without shipping cost reimbursed, Not responsible for carrier delays.
