• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I'm moving and getting out of reptiles, but I'm not in any hurry to sell. I just want good homes. This is my male U. ornata. Wild caught and flighty. I've had him for five years and he was an adult when I got him. $600 + shipping. Located in the DFW area for pickup but I can ship.

Defintely not trying to scam anyone - I bought this lizard and male and never really questioned it since I don't breed. Here is a picture of femoral pores and hemipenal bulges.

Bruh......... you use head shape, femoral pores, and hemipenal bulges to sex uromastyx. Pores may not be an indicator by itself, but it is useful to confirm. On the facebook group, Uromastyx Club, you need to post a picture of all of those to get an correct sex. Also.......lmao it's literally the same lizard but fired down because it is in the morning, its cold, and its lights had not been turned on yet but okay. If you're not interested, cool, but don't accuse me of scamming because you can't ID a uro from two sexing pictures.

I apologise I just talked with someone very knowledgeable With them and he says those last 2 pics are ornate. To me the last 2 pics looked like a geryi female. Again I Apologize I ran into 2 scammers this weekend trying to scam me saying they had an ornate male for sale and now I am very skeptical.
 
No worries - I completely understand. I've been scammed before as well, so caution is warranted. I can provide videos to anyone who is interested as well.

As for the sex, I obviously want to confirm sex before I sell so I submitted a post to Uromastyx Club and will update the post when I get answers.
 
That's a good way to go about it. There are alot of breeders with alot of experience on there. If this is a female she is a very pretty female that's for sure. The Moroccan you have is the one I have my eye in he is amazing.
