This pair of Bairds rats are the offspring of parents collected on Juno road in eastern Val Verde county. This location is known for bright colors.
The female ( bottom photo ) was c.b in 2016 from a wild breeding. She is 52" and produced 12 hatchlings in 2019.
The male ( top photo) was c.b in 2018 from my wild collected stock. He is 45" and may be mature enough to breed with the female this spring.
They are $375 plus shipping
