Here are two 1.1 Chacoan Black & White tegus that are up for sale. I have recently started medical school and do not have the time to care for them properly. They were hatched in May 2002 and they are from Ron St. Pierre’s stock. They have absolutely no fear of humans or dogs, and will often approach you inquisitively and begin climbing on you. I have been in their care since a week after they hatched. I have receipts to prove they are from St. Pierre’s as well as that they are 1.1. This season would be their prime time for breeding. They are fed a diet of rodents and fruit, along with some SDZ diet, all of which is supplemented. They will make great pets and most likely excellent breeders. They are as healthy as can be and have beautiful coloration. Due to a change in bulb manufacturer; they received some minor burns on their backs approximately six months ago. They were examined by a reptile vet and found to be perfectly healthy. They received some scarring but it lessens with every shed. Regardless of my errors, these animals are super-healthy and in need of a good home. They are not to be separated and the price is set firmly at $350 for the pair and the buyer will pay shipping.
Keep in mind that these are adult tegus from a beautiful bloodline, and that they are tame.
