We bought this approx a year ago. You can add an A/C unit and put your breeder food in it to keep the smell out of your house or even store your herps in there. Maybe just use it for a shed, imagine that...lol. It's fully assembled so there is no need to pay anyone to put it together. We paid extra for the shingles. You'll need to find a way to move it from its Round Rock, TX. There are comapanies Craigslist.org that can do that for you. These go for $1,000.00 without the shingles and you would still need to be assemble it. You can call 512-850-9181 and ask for Brittany. We are open to just about any trade. Email us or call.
