    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just went to the Pomona Reptile Expo Aug 7th-8th and i got 2 Nile monitors. 1 is skittish, and is still nervous so it just hides most of the time. He/she hissed a few times but no tails whips or bites. The other is wonderful and im not so sure i want to get rid of that 1. It looks like a reg. nile, but has a bluish green color in it(kinda looks like a blue nile, but im sure it isn't). This 1 is slightly smaller but eats more, and has fallen asleep on me already 3 times no problem!! I REALLY like that 1 tho so i dont want to give it up, but if someone wants to trade, i will let it go if you REALLY want it. Not looking to sell these guys, i do want to trade tho for....a blackthroat, argentine tegu(blk&wht, or red), a roughneck monitor, or maybe an argus. I may be interested in other things as well so if you have a suggestion/question, hit me.

Also have an xbox 360 w/ controllers games and extras if interested in that.
 
Would you trade the tame one for a savannah and a baby snapping turtle?

I have decided that i want to trade both (plus cash if necessary) for a juvie monitor. Monitors I am most interested in : Blackthroat, whitethroat, argus, etc.
 
I meant to respond back sorry about that. i will post pics of them later today. The blackthroat sounds great but I prefer a much younger one. Did you say you no longer have any Argus monitors?
 
yeah i trade both of them, i have an smaller male black throat, and hes much nice though, but i dont know about trading or selling him.
 
Hey everybody (people posting and people looking), if you can help me to upload pics bcuz im having that "Basic" issue. Im trying to upload the pics of my Niles but all I see is the "Insert Image" button but it asks for a URL. how do I upload what is saved to my computer?
 
i have a red ackie monitor i would love to trade which is 265 lizard and a male black throat but hes atleast 2.5
 
i dont get what you were saying about the ackie "265 lizard"?

but i am interested in the blackthroat, do you have pics?

Click on the "Post Reply" button...you'll then see "Manage Attachments." Click on that and you'll then be able to upload up to 4 images directly off of your computer.
 
Thanks for the Help. 1 has fallen asleep on me everyday and the other 1 doesnt run around anymore. It even finally fell asleep on me yest. and today! Progress!

yea they have been. This is on the 2nd day i had them. I have been feeding them daily on crickets, and mealworms. Fianlly ate their first pinky!! But the smaller Bluish 1 is now sold! The Bigger of the 2 is left. 1st offer/price gets it, need to make room for a blackthroat
