    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

But no Macks.

This was a major bummer. My next 2 Mack eggs hatched today, and both were normals. I was highly disappointed, but they are still cuties.

It was a Mack x SHTCT

I still have 4 more eggs incubating and I am sure she will lay more. Maybe next time I will get lucky and get 2 Macks....

Hey LFL,
Mack snows have been proven for some time now as far as being co-dom, be sides that 2 mack out of 4 eggs from mack x non mack breeding would be far too few to confirm a trait is a proven co-dom. When ever there is a new morph envolve the inital breeding could last a few years and several hundred offspring to prove it out.
 
LOL i knew it was alrady pretty much proven. Im just saying how somtimes the odds just arent relaly there sometimes, like with DH X DH blazings

hmm I guess I'm too serious and read your post as its written. You are aware that each egg has a 50% chance at being a mack snow so for each one that hatches the % starts all over right? This is why you need larger numbers to show that data as it is and not just 2,5,10, or even 50.
 
Well, I know how you feel, Jeanne. I hatched my first clutch from Mack Het Blizzard X Blizzard the other day and both babies are normal. I bet you get two Macks in the next clutch though.

Yeah, i understand that. Im just saying that it would be awesome to get the 2 macks after getting two normals, even though it starts over. Technically , it starts over with each egg.
 
Awww I know your disapointed but They are healthy and cute.....And you have 4 more cookin soooo who knows maybe all 4 will be mack's

Thanks everyone. I am definately keeping my fingers crossed for 2 Macks on the next clutches to hatch. That would be very cool!
