    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is Missy a Himalayan. She is huge! She let's me pet her and seems friendly but still a bit shy. She has been around dogs before and did not totally freak out at my boxers.

This is Josie. She is real scared although this morning she allowed me to scratch her head before hissing. Will take time getting her used to dogs.

Funny my male Maine Coon went in and sniffed and then walked out. He seems unfazed.

How cute!! I've been toying with the idea of getting an exclusively indoor cat, but I'm a little nervous considering I rent and I don't want to push my luck. I've already got a dog and my whole ball python collection. But yeah, my significant other likes cats and I like dogs, so we may be adopting a dog-like cat when we find one, lol.

My Maine coon is very dog like. My old male Siamese was probably the smartest animal I owned and probably the toughest. He would fight anything. My female Siamese was always slinky and sneaky.

Missy the Himalayan is going to be a snuggle bunny. Josie the short hair played with me several times today with string but does not want me to touch her yet. Plan is another 2 days in bedroom then block stairs off for dogs and let them roam upstairs. My boxers wont hurt them but will chase.

Both cats playing with me now. They even came into my room and Missy laid on my bed for a bit. They want nothing to do with dogs yet. Going to set gate up in there room so they can see and smell each other. I let them have upstairs during the day so they can walk about.

Very pretty! I have 2 cats and their personalities are totally different. One's a spaz & loving to HIS humans only and the other is laid back and loves everyone. lol

Here's my Spaztastic Blackjack (He's really our daughter's cat, but he loves everyone in this house. Everyone else is not lovable to him, and he runs and hides. In this picture he's begging for yogurt. He will hunt you down, follow you and scream at you until you share your yogurt. He's a weirdo.)

And here is BoxxyFrog. She loves everyone, whether they're from the house or not. (Picture is from a while back. She's chunkier and getting darker as she ages.)

As much as a pain a vocal cat can be it's also endearing, lol. Nice kitties Brandi

Oh Joe, you have no idea! Blackjack is so vocal that it makes you wonder if he has an off button. From the time I wake up until I go to sleep, he spends most of it screaming, talking, and griping at me. lol He needs a mute button!
