The pics of this guy do not do him justice, at all. But its the best I could do. Wherever it appears black on here is actually a deep brown and the pink/orange hues are WAY more intense than I could capture. I will try to take more pics by request if you have a suggestion to bring the color out....
He was bred to a Super Hypo Nic this season and I am currently waiting on that litter to pop out (it should be interesting). He is a very eager boy.
For those who are unfamiliar with the Sonoran hypos, Sonoran boas are Very dark and Very heavily patterned animals. The Sonoran strain of hypo doesn't seem to decimate the pattern the way other lines do, but it lightens up the dark patches and brings out the subtle colors underneath. I believe the super form is more overbearing but I am yet to see one in person. These are not very common animals.
Sonorans are also a very small dwarf. This guy is barely 4' (if that) and eats a lg rat once every 3-4 weeks.
