Guaranteed live arrival only if signed for on first delivery attempt. Non-feeders are excluded from the live arrival guarantee. Out of egg group sale is guaranteed live arrival, but in the event a snake does arrive DOA, I will give credit, of the actual purchase amount, towards future purchases from me. In the case of DOA, I must be contacted immediately and will require pictures. Out of egg hatchlings have not been started feeding yet there fore I can not guarantee them eating. It is the purchasers responsibility to get them started eating. Out of egg hatchlings are also not covered under my 2 week health guarantee. Contact me for more details.
