Shipping:
Animals will be shipped with FedEx for next day delivery. Shipping cost is not included in the amount shown on the website. We ship Monday – Wednesday excluding holidays which FedEx observes. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 45f degrees and below 90f degrees. If temperatures are beyond those limits we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility near your location or schedule shipment when the weather permits.
Live arrival guaranteed. We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments and make sure that all snakes are properly shipped in appropriate packaging with heating or cooling elements.
Live arrival guarantee will be voided if customer (you) is not present for first attempted delivery by FedEx or providing an incorrect delivery address.
