    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Here's a pair of 2017 Catalina Island Cal kings. These were cooled through the winter, so not much bigger than these pictures here. Both are in shed and currant photos can be provided at any time. This is a very new locale and they are very limited in numbers each year. Only 2 people I know produce these, but one of the breeders has fallen off the radar. Those that keep these believe this is a dwarf population, but I think they are just on the small side for Cal kings and maybe not a true dwarf race like the Gopher snakes on Santa Cruz Island. That said, the babies are always extra tiny and adults on average are around 36". Both are eating on frozen thawed pinkies.
