This male is from a watermelon mom and yellow jag dad. The watermelon looks to have carried over but only the jag color, not any jag pattern.
He is a sweet boy that eats f/t hoppers when you put them in his mouth.
He would make an excellent pet as he tolerates handling like a breeze here and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him hood or get hissy (not that this isn’t possible when he gets older, no temperament guarantee especially if you don’t know how to approach a hognose).
He is apparently sexually mature but I’ve never attempted to breed him. 55 grams.
