Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Someone must be at the shipping address to sign and receive the animal on first attempt to deliver for guaranteed live arrival. If your shipment is held at a facility for pick up you need to pick up within 2 hours of the snakes arrival at facility for live arrival guarantee.
