Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed. Genetics paperwork provided for 100% hets. Animals will only be shipped within safe shipping temperatures. You must be there to accept the package; otherwise the guarantee will be void.
Health Guarantee
All snakes purchased from us are guaranteed healthy, feeding and correctly sexed. Please open the shipping box and inspect all animals upon receipt, if you are unhappy with your purchase we must be notified within the first 24 hours. Once the animal is in the customer's hands, I cannot control what the customer does or the new environment the animal is in, so this is as far as the guarantee runs. Our goal is for you to have a great experience with our animals, we are always available to answer any questions or concerns. Remember, they have just been moved from their homes and will take some time to adjust.
