I have One Male Palmetto up for sale (others will be available in 2021, e-mail or PM me and I'll contact you next year).
I'm asking SOLD shipped via FedEx overnight to your local hub.
He has a squiggle tail, but more than makes up for it in appearance...he has a ton of speckles that will only improve with age.
He's eating both F/T and live, but strongly prefers live.
I will include a free probable Het Palmetto Female if interested.
Some history on this Palmetto line...
My Palmettos have been outcrossed with Wild Caught Corn (Red Rat) genes.
The Wild Caught Grandsire to these Palmettos was found on a golf course in Central Florida many years ago. As you can see, he is extremely red and hypo looking. Many of the wild corns in this area exhibit this awesome appearance.
Wild Caught Male "Red Rat" _ Sire of the Adult Het Palmetto Pair shown below.
Palmetto Female _ Dam of the Adult Het Palmetto Pair shown below.
The Het Palmetto pair, that I held back from this Wild Caught male and Palmetto female, are very reddish and hypo looking as well…and they are both huge! This is only the third year they’ve been bred.
Adult Male _ Het Palmetto _ ~1100g / 5ft
Adult Female _ Het Palmetto _ ~900g / 4.5ft
Please e-mail me if you have any questions; I am not interested in any trades.
Thanks,
Rusty
