We ship Monday through Thursday Priority overnight with fed ex. We always recommend having the package held at the ship center for pick up. Typically packages arrive by 1030 am however in more rural areas it can take up to 12pm for them to be ready for pick up.
All reptile orders are shipped in an insulated box specially designed for reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
All of our efforts are to ensure a safe and healthy arrival!

1- Home shipping is still available pending weather conditions however we only guarantee live arrival to your nearest ship center.
2- Someone must sign for package at the fed ex ship center with a Photo I.D.
3- Temperatures at destination, and FedEx pass through facility (in route) must be between 40-90f or guarantee is void.
4- Any claims must be made within 4 hours from receipt of box. Proof of a photo with our label, and our animal clearly deceased. Do not dispose of animal, place in zip-lock and freeze until you get further instructions from us.
