• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

    Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
    Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
    Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

    On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

    On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

    Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hi everyone.

so ~30 days left until our first bp clutch is scheduled to hatch.

About 1 week ago ONE of our eggs(the biggest) started to dent a little, the rest are still perfect. I added some moisture near it and it never really changed.

Now, my question:
When candled(albeit hard to do where it is at in the box) i see very minimal veining if any BUT the egg has not dented any farther and there is no mold.

This egg originally had strong veins which is what concerns me. Now, my plan is to leave it until it actually shows it is going bad(not touching any others so it's easy to remove).

A. is there a down side to leaving it?
B. What would have caused such a drastic change in veining when all of the other eggs have remained in tip top shape?

seems like all is going well i wouldnt worry too much about the veining issue i just had my 1st clutch hatch out a week ago and had a similar issue with the veining one week they looked nice and strong the next not so much but all are healthy. There wont be a downside with leaving it alone. GL on those eggs . keep us updated.
