    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

As I responded in the email I sent you, your enclosures for these snakes are 100% incorrect.

These snakes are ARBOREAL and needs branches/twigs to wrap around and lay on. You are keeping these snakes on the ground in conditions that are meant for a kingsnake or other colubrid. I IMPLORE you to seek proper care for them, even in the limited time they remain in your possession...

...and to hope that your poor snakes haven't suffered any serious consequences as a result of bad husbandry....

with all that said, I'm still interested and have replied to your email :)

Edit: You never mentioned why you are selling them....why exactly are you selling them?

Wow dude, are you trying to scare the poor guy into a cheap sale ? they may NOT have the "little' branches, but I saw of them in the pics drapped on the driftwood. They also had very bright color and sheen to them and the eyes looked fine.

@bullies: not at all. I am genuinely interested in these snakes, but, as I asked the OP via email, I would like to know if they have and/or have had any health conditions. The OP has not mentioned anything about the snakes health. Spine damage is a very possible condition that the snakes may have as a result of being kept without proper perches....and since the OP has not mentioned why he is selling the snakes, I felt it a valid concern to voice not only for my own knowledge on a potential purchase but also so that any other user who is also interested could know. Doubly so since it is not necessarily easy to spot!

Look he does have a valid point although we don’t know all the info. The cage setups are wrong without a question. Those perches he is providing are not sufficient at all. In fact they should be about the thickness of the snake’s body. The humidity levels are way to dry. I don’t see a drop of moisture in those cages and the picture of one of the snakes has a terrible shed! I don’t know what the story is but it isn’t great housing for GTP’s. Owner just google living conditions for GTP’s, they take work to manage but if you are going to keep them you need to put the work into it!
