The hood is the 48" version of the T5 (low profile). I opened it, mounted it, and realized I had purchased too long a hood. Was not able to return. It's essentially new.
The bulb is a 46" 10.0 T5 so it is compatible with the hood. I haven't even opened the shipping container for this so it is truly brand new. It came in a professional shipping tube so should be in good shape.
I can ship both but if you want the hood to be shipped it'll be more pricey because of size and need for packaging. The bulb is already packaged and should be easy to ship.

Bulb - $30
Local pickup around North Baltimore/Towson is easiest.
