I bought these new in 2002, they have been in use until about 6 months ago when I moved
the boas to a different rack. Almost all of the corners were dinged due to shipping
which is (or was) common. One of the cages has a crack on the top corner also from freight
damage, about 6" in legnth. It does not affect the use of the cage, just don't put tiny snakes in
there lol! I usually keep that one on the bottom or middle.
There is no bowing or discoloration of the plexi. There are lots of scratches on the plexi from
over-eager boas looking for rats. One cage has small cracks in the plexi by the bolts. Most bolts
are in decent condition, one or two have rust (see pics below). All screws that hold the handles
have already been replaced.
