Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hi, sadly we have to rehome my daughters Sulcata. We live in Southern California.
Shes a little over 5. We’ve had her since she was a baby. She has been taken care of really well. She Is a nice size. About sixteen inches. She has an amazing personality. Very social. And so fun to watch eat.
We are asking a rehoming fee. And would also like to make sure you have a suitable space and will provide a happy home for her. If you have any questions about her or the fee, please reach out. Thank you. We are sad to see her go, but happy to see her go to a happy place.
