Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. We can do any size you want, 2 tub, 4 tub, 8 tub, etc, at no extra cost. Want a single wide, tall rack? We can do that. We also use 4" instead of 3" heat tape in our 6 and 16 qt racks.
