Total number of Burms caught in a 6 week hunt = 0. Out of the hundreds of thousands overrunning the Glades, makes you think about their science coming up with those numbers.

The "science" that the hundreds of thousands number is based on is .................well............ CRAP for lack of a better word.

Although burms are certainly there, I have seen them crossing the roads in the glades and have seen some that people have caught there. The everglades are HUGE so I am not all that surprised that they did not find any. The cold snap here in FL also put a hurt on many of them (unfortunately not all though ).

And, to think, all the money the federal govt is spending to get the proposed legislation to pass on a few thousand loose pythons in the Everglades. What they really should be spending that cash on is educating the public as well as dealing with the more centralized problem in Florida.
