ok i need some advice anyone and everyone please she shipped a money order and wants me to ship monday for tuesday arrvial the money order didnt arrive today and it probably wont be here till tuesday do i ship monday with out the money order or do i ship when it arrives? new at this and want to keep things fair

Do NOT ship anything until the money is in your bank account.

If I had a dollar for every time someone said, "The money is in the mail", I could have retired by now. Did she supply any kind of tracking number?

You stated that you would ship when you received payment. I said that was fine. I did not ask you to ship with out receiving payment. I have other snakes that are going to be shipped Monday for a Tuesday delivery and I told you that I would be home Tuesday. My husband works nights so he is home all day which makes pretty much any day ok for a delivery.

Mike, if she sent payment yesterday and you have the tracking number confirming this, why did you list the snake on Craigslist for a higher price?

What is going on here? You could not get anyone to take this snake. I offered to take her and sent payment, which by the way was in the form of a check from my Wells Fargo Account as that was one of the banks you listed as accepting. I mailed payment to a house rather than your P.O. Box so that I could be sure you got it.

I have bought from a couple of people on-line and never had any type of issue. I am currently waiting for snakes from both NERD and Phil Currie who were both paid in full before shipping took place.

I would have appreciated it if you had contacted me about not receiving payment yet. I sent it guaranteed 2 days as I figured you would not be shipping until afternoon Monday by which time you should have received the payment. You said the snake had to be gone by Monday that is why Monday was suggested as a ship date.

And now the snake is listed on another site? Should I just cancel my check and be done with it?

Oh, and btw, if you did send it with a confirmation then you'll know via the postal service website. if he says he didn't get it and cashes the check, then you can get him on mail fraud. and thats a federal offense. i work for the postal service so if you have any questions you can pm me. i can look into it on monday if you like. i hate to see people get scammed. hopefully this doesn't happen to you. i wish you good luck tanyah625 and i hope it works out for you.

I checked the tracking number he listed above, and it states that the item was accepted yesterday in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

So she did send it but it hasn't arrived yet. Good thing you sent it with tracking, keep an eye on when it gets delivered.

Well it seems I don't need to call my bank after all. They allow me to stop payment on-line. Gotta love the internet. I am posting the information I got from my bank so that Mr. Libby can see that I have already stopped payment on the check. I did edit out my account and reference #'S though. Man am I glad I didn't get a money order like I was going to.

Mr. Libby kindly refuse the delivery of the check so it comes back here and I can destroy it and this issue can be over.
