Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Am I really seeing a receipt that would suggest boas were supposedly sent via UPS?
 
UPS no longer allows for the packaging or sending of snakes. They have not for a while now. FedEx is the only carrier who allows it and it has to be done either via a certified shipper or through shipyourreptiles.com.

No one should be sending or accepting that they will be sent packaged snakes via UPS.
 
This seems like a mess. Jason, if you come here posting no proof, and choosing not to, then why would anyone look to believe your side. Though Richard did not post much proof, he has done much more than you. If these snakes were D.O.A. then this should be about the person who sent them to you instead of Richard. Did you send him pics of the dead snakes? By having a second person ship them to you, it makes the situation much more difficult. You have to post some proof. The box, the dead snakes, something for your side to look like it may be true.

Whilst Jason can't "prevent" a sender from choosing a specific incorrect shipping method (IE: UPS vs. SYR), this would lead me to believe that if indeed it was sent UPS poorly packaged, DOA's are a very real possibility.

Good pick up on that nuance Diem.
 
If he received a tracking number, or if he had been told ahead of time, he very certainly could have just simply said "No, do not send them that way" or called UPS and had them call the shipper sending to pick up the package at the initial hub it was dropped off at.

Obviously, had he never known and they were just sent, then no, he had no control on it.

However, with not photos of the DOAs, it's all hearsay, same as a receipt showing something, but exactly what is sent.
 
Listen im completely done with this .. I was told they would be shipped fedex..they arrived via ups..the end no pics no nothing...This is the last time i will try to warn anyone!! My apologies to fauna and anyone of my friends or customers for letting this nonsense get to me.Im sorry for coming out of character..Have a great day..life etc.

Aside from some small satisfaction in playing some small part in helping people see exactly who should be avoided, I get absolutely nothing about of this. I'm sure that that idea is meaningless to you. Doing something without the possibility of personal gain must be a completely alien concept to you.

I was hoping the the glue or crack bender you've obviously been on would have run its course by now, and you'd be able to come back to reality. Sadly, that's not the case. If you honestly believe that your moronic attacks are doing anything to counter your little meltdown, you're sadly mistaken, and even more delusional than I'd originally thought. All you've accomplished - aside from being caught in a big lie - is to give any potential customs who may read this thread a glimpse into just how you're likely to react to a situation that hasn't gone according to plan. Everyone looks like a champ when everything goes smoothly. It's these bumps in the road that show who a person truly is. And this thread has shown a great deal about just who you really are.

All you've shown them is a blithe willingness to make very damaging claims that apparently have no basis in reality. You obviously have no interest in protecting the community, otherwise you'd happily show whatever evidence you claim to have. Anyone who reads this thread will likely find themselves wondering just you'd react to any kind of dispute. Maybe their boa would arrive DOA, and instead of taking a rational course of action that would lead to an amicable resolution, this thread illustrates a very high likelihood that you'd choose to do anything but that which is right. I'd imagine potential customers wouldn't like the idea of dealing with someone who, in the event of a dispute, is likely to run a smear campaign filled with misrepresentations thinly-veiled threats.

You keep harping on how you believe your name is perceived. Well, at some point, every degenerate scammer made a conscious choice to join the dark side. Some very notable ones did so after having excellent reputations. So, if you think that your name carries enough weight to automatically buy you some degree of future legitimacy, think again. I'm sure you can count on the Manny Frades of the world to keep your business going, but among those for whom honesty and integrity are more than just archaic notions, I think your business will suffer from this. Rightfully so.
 
I was caught in no lie..never intended on having this fiasco go as far as it has..Was not my intention. I will state in plane English What matters to me on this glorious site is the reputation and feedback and trader rating(which you have none of APEX) given to me by satisfied traders and customers..Their is not one Blemish on my customer service,packaging animals,never a D.O.A,NEVER any negative feedback at ALL!! That's what matters.The day their is a problem with a customer i will handle it just like i handle my boas..with care.I care about my reputation..But most of all other than the overall health of the animals i ship.. I care that my customers are happy!I go above and beyond for my people!! Ask them you seem to have lots of spare time ..Do your "research" Find one dissatisfied customer...And i will delete my account here and never return!! THE END-- I will no longer respond to any of your feeble attempts to get a rise out of me ..Ive already apologized to Fauna and any of my past or future customers for coming out of character..And now to you apex IM Sorry..i want nothing more to do with this thread. Actually, I rarely post on BOI Threads anymore, just ones that catch my attention.

Also, as Webslave said, you clearly have no understanding of what a moderator does.

Have you ever heard of "silent dignity"? My guess would be know, but you should probably become familiar with it.

It depends. If such a post is reported, and IF a moderator reads it, and IF said moderator deems the post as being a personally derogatory slur or attack, it might earn the poster an infraction.

The terms themselves being used are not actually profane. The context in which they are used will be pertinent to how a moderator views such a post.

But please bear in mind, that just because a post is reported, and especially in the case of a person reporting a post made about THEM, the moderators are under no obligation to do anything at all about said post. Many people will complain about something said about THEM in a thread, which is often studiously ignored, because it is not against any rules here for someone to state an opinion about someone's perceived character if done tactfully and potentially factual. Infractions are not given out merely because the recipient of statements insists that they are false.
