I have listned to this debate without saying something for long enough...
i will have to say that Joe, you have put your foot in your mouth numerous times when speaking, i think i would shut it if i were you, you're just digging a deeper grave when you open it. YOU are the one killing your own business, and you WILL NOT be the biggest "so-called" producer for much longer. i know guys that produce well over what you do... what about Brain from BHB? Some of the more well established names are giving you a run for your money IMO. if they were higher then you i would do business with them just to spite you.
everytime you talk it is as if you are cutting your own nose off to spite your face, worse than nails down a chalkboard. All this PR crap your doing isn't working either, you are coming off as an egotistical moron. i don't think you to be a bad guy per say, but i do think that you are ruining what could have potentially been a great person to deal with. These self-proclomations of being (if you want) the messiah of balls, are just killing me. i scoff at you, and your obnoxious voice. just chill out, and remain peaceful, it will help you. i am not a heavy hitter in the breeding game (as of yet), but do maintain a vast audience of friends that are, as well as being influential through word of mouth. you see it is not a personal attack on your character, but rather your integrity, and pompous attitude towards the others that find this hobby so enjoyable. you see, i do not claim to speak for the masses but i will speak for those of us who agree that first and formost love our animals, and don't want to just turn them out as quick as possible to make a quick buck. before i got into producing boids, i was doing cornsnakes and geckos. the ones i produced i even screened who i was dealing with. i do NOT want my animals going to some kid that thinks of it as some falice that he can wear around his neck to make him look cool, or his prick bigger somehow.
i have a kinked back female that was produced, and i know many that would have culled her from the litter. i kept her to raise her, not for breeding purposes but for her quality of life. she makes it around just fine with no pain and suffering that i can tell, and eats like a hog. some that i know would have simply flushed her down the drain. i will not release her to the public (even though she is worth nothing to many), as i do not want her used as a breeding option, nor do i want just anyone taking care of her. i reguard her quality of life along the same lines of a human. you mass produce and sell to anyone that can provide sufficient funds for your monoplozing game strategy. you do not care about the consumer or the animals and their potential homes, it is all a money making scheme for you, and the consumer, the vise that you hide behind.
after these animals make it to their new destinations, i can almost gurantee that you don't give two squirts of duck $h-- as to their well being, you are ALL about the money. who can't see through that? you want to sell a $1 mill. in balls in 20 days... that is not being selective nor wise in choosing appropriate homes.
PEOPLE IF WE SAY WE TRULY LOVE THESE ANIMALS WE WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE SAM WALTON OF BALLS!
I myself not knowing ED Clark from any other small breeder would however do business with him, and go by his sound reputation. I would and have had items that have come from Ian, THROUGH MIDDLEMEN, and i was uber pleased, as these animals were well sought after. i am selective as to whom i do business with, and i can tell that ED, i do believe loves his animals. He doesn't want to start mass producing them like Frito-Lay does chips, he wants to provide quality, and an assurance of a healthy life.
JOE I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU! and neither will many of my friends (and i do have quite a following (and yes i'm being arrogant about that)). Come down off your self-made pedistal, and get smacked back down to reality, no one likes an ASS! and you my friend are ALL ass...
