Most employers I know these days Google employees' names before making hiring decisions.

Not to mention friends/potential friends/business associates, etc etc etc.

The world is a small place, and ever that much smaller since the interweb...

because she origionally stated she was mad that i didnt put holes in the box as far as resolving this i am going to do nothing its a simple as that paypal already refused her claim so i can take time to get other opinions from certified vets that know what they are talking about. obviously im getting a new vet as im not going to be traveling thousands of miles to see a vet when someone needs it

Thanks everyone for trying to help. As all of you have seen, it is absolutely no use talking to Sydney Strickling. She has no conscience. She exploits animals and commits frauds to cheat people's hard earned money. Even after she is exposed, she still acts like she has done no wrong, and kept lying.

As for the 2 chams, the male is very dark most of the time, but I do see him drink and eat a little. The female has not eaten anything and she sleeps during the day sometimes, not a good sign. I am trying to hydrate them as much as possible with drippers, misters, and showers. Sydney Strickling gave me a 5-day health guarantee, the animals were in bad health to start with, so how does that work? Not only are the chams in poor health, they are not what she claimed them to be. That is fraud. She is a low life, and always will be.

Is this something that could possibly be taken to small claims court? I don't know the specifics of laws concerning this, but I don't think it's at all fair that this has occurred, and I feel like some sort of refund is in order here whether Sydney wants to or not.

I would like to believe that everyone is in the hobby because they love reptiles and it is about making a life out of a hobby that you love. Clearly some people like this sick person is just in it for the money. Anyone that can mistreat reptiles and sell sick reptiles to anyone and put more stress on that animal is clearly just in this business for the $$$$. I will never understand how people can lie, steal, and just try to rip off people just to make a quick buck. The seller probably got those two pardalis from cl herself. She's a flipper a scammer, a liar, and since she wont refund the scam she ran. Now she's a thief also. The sad thing is she used two sickly chams to run her little scheme and they had to suffer so she could pocket $800.00 They had no business being subjected to the rigors of shipping in the skinny bruised/burned state they were in.

You have no intent to ever send pics or anything else to an independent vet for a new analysis. What are you going to tell that vet? That you sent those sick animals to someone else so they could try and rehab them and you also pocketed 800.00 from this transaction. Give Amy her $$$ back. If shes able to save these two chams. Its going to cost her to get them re-habbed and they arent what she wanted! Shes now stuck with them because its going to be months before their in top shape again. Thats IF they can be saved. It doesnt sound like that female is doing well.

So lets get the facts straight Sydney. Shes/amy is stuck with a crossed locale male panther and a female that theres no way of knowing what locale she truly is. Both in need of intense care. She paid for two PURE BLOOD NOSY FALYS. A rare locale. But yet you did nothing wrong and arent going to give her a refund? lol What a pitiful excuse for a hobbyist/breeder. I would, if those chams were not in such terrible condition. I can't put those poor animals in a box right now and send them back to her. That's giving them a death sentence. Even if they were in better condition and I could send them back to her, she probably would not give me a penny back, and I would be out even more money to pay for shipping. Moreover, I don't have her return address. That piece of trash did not even put her return address on the shipping box. She is SCUM. She planned this entire scam from the beginning. I bet you the only reason she "confiscated" them from her friend was because she thought she could make money off of them. Disgusting!

Amy there never was a "friend" that she got those chams from. I'd be willing to bet my home that she either had them herself and didnt know how to properly care for a chameleon. Or she got them on a trade or from CL herself. She's a lowlife flipper. There are plenty of decent animal brokers that will be upfront on how they conduct their business and where the animals come from. (ie wild caught, etc..) Shes not one of those upfront brokers. She's a liar. She is also wiling to use the name of a top breeder to make a sale. Im sure Vince wouldnt appreciate knowing she's using his companies name to sell sickly looking chams to unknowing buyers.

Come on Sydney tell us again how that crossed male and unknown locale female came from Vince. What a joke!

Amy I'd get a bottle of Reptaid and start dosing them. It will help restore natural gut flora and Ive heard it helps restore appetites also. Pm me if you need to know where to buy it. It may help save that female.

I'd like to ad something to this. amanda, that 25 gram gecko she bred was owned by me. i am sickened to know that she bred it. it seriously makes me want to cry. when we worked out the trade i DID NOT want to give that girl up but suposedly she wanted her sooo bad.

Just to emphasize and explain this point for those not familiar with Crested Geckos, females should not be bred till they are a MINIMUM of 35-40g. This is the same standard I've seen published on every single caresheet and forum I've come across. So that just goes to further illustrate her husbandry ethics.

So I fully applaud Alee's decision not to send the chams back.

Why is it that almost all the scammers I see on this BOI always seem to use run-on sentences, entirely fail to include proper punctuation, and continually make excuses that do them absolutely no good whatsoever?

Seriously? Just REFUND her. It's a simple concept that you seemingly cannot comprehend. It's called MORALITY and ETHICS. Learn from your big fat ugly mistake and say you're SORRY, then at least try to patch up the cruddy mess you've gotten yourself in. This isn't going to go away like nothing happened.
