    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OK this may sound strange but I'm not sure it is Ok or not. Right now we have 3 females in a 40 gal tank w/ 2 levels and their male in a 20 gal by himself (except when one of the ladies comes for a visit :hehe: ) We have our 4 rescue babies each in their own 10 gal( it looks like 3 females and 1 male) and our new hatchling in a 10 gal.(temp sexed for a female...but you never know!) My son wants to make a multi-level enclosure to house all six females.( He has his eye on anouther female...but I'm leary because there is NO room left for more tanks) The new hatchling has been claimed by my daughter so it will be in a different room. He really doesn't like the rack systems because they look like a "warehouse" and these are very spoiled pets! He drew up some amazing plans and and it looks great. Plenty of room for hides and "personal" space. He has it at 18" deep x 4' long x 2-1/2' high.There would be bi-fold glass doors on the front for easy acess and cleaning and two levels. Our large tank is 2 levels and the leo's seem comfortable roaming between the two.He wants to build it and have it set up in the fall/winter because they will all be a simular size by then.Is this a bad idea to have that many females together?? There would be plenty of food bowls and hides so there would be no need for competition.The males would still be in their own tanks w/ enough room to have the females brought to them. Any input would be great

Each leo needs at least 10 square inches of floor space to themselves...so if you had 18" by 30" of floor space, you could keep 5 leos comfortably....if it was multileveled you could keep more. Your 40 gallon could probably hold at least 6 leos...guessing at floor space based on my 20 gallon...

Do you have any pics of your current two level home for them? I enjoy making my own cages for my babies. Your idea sounds really neat, and maybe a new idea for my ever growing leo collection.
